Property was located in a good location close to many restaurants. Rooms were a good size however a good amount of maintenance was need for the room.

Room was run-down. Elevator was shabby. There was no maid service any of the three days I was there. The people at the front desk, however, were helpful.
The shower had no place to put shampoo or conditioner. Towels ran out quickly, with no replacements. The conditioner did not open correctly.

Not very clean, staff mostly unhelpful, hallways smelled of weed, had to request towels, cups, etc. freezer didn’t work and in 4 days never got a room touch up.

On the surface the hotel looked modern and well maintained, but there were several important details that made the stay unpleasant. The bathroom sink faucet was literally hanging out of the fixture, it was functioning despite this. The bathroom light would flicker on and off randomly and the backlit mirror did not work. The bed had only one sheet (to cover the mattress, none to go between you and the blanket) and was missing several pillows.
The room looked like it was likely very nice in in 2009, but had clearly been given the bare minumum upkeep since then.
The staff was friendly and helpful, though we didn't interact with them much. Ultimately we needed the room for one night after a party, so it fulfilled its purpose, but would have been unacceptable for anything other that.

Expedia did not inform me that I would be required to put down a $100 deposit for my room when I arrived. It took me over an hour to check in because I had to find someone to loan me the money for the deposit and it was after midnight.

The room was great and spacious. Super close to the A and C train which get you everywhere easily. Lots of small gems in the neighborhood. The walls were super thin and our neighbors were often loud at night. Had to call the desk 2 nights to ask them to quiet down.

Elevator sounds like it's going to break, we took the stairs. Everything is very outdated looking, it looks nothing like the pictures. At one point I went to the front desk and there was a young girl who didn't seem to speak English so she couldn't help me. They provide shampoo and conditioner but the conditioner was completely solid in the bottle so I couldn't get any out. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The property has not been kept up. The lobby ben h seating has torn apart material that is not esthetically pleasing or makes you feel comfortable sitting on it. The bar is closed and the hotel itself ia subpar. Not as advertised on the puctures
There has not been any good upkeep at this hotel. Picturea are old and from when the hotel firat opened. I will never stay here again when visitng family.

Property looked like it was in process of renovating. Clean updated rooms but lobby was not inviting. Rooms did not seem to have sound insulation. Could hear other guests and tvs like they were in the same room. Elevator was scary noisy.

Loud Staff at night in lobby. Rooms on the 1st floor are very loud. Sub standard hotel. Check-in desk completely enclosed in glass, I have never seen this before. Maybe unsafe neighborhood is the reason for this…

Poor and unmaintained hotel. All public areas were run down and out of service. The bar area had a water heater behind it and was disarray. Room itself was okay. Pillows on the bed looked more like accent pillows. Mattress had a massive brown stain. Would not recommend staying here.
