Free breakfast would be nice. Instead breakfast options were confusing and limited. Tuesday the buffet had roughly eight items and cost $16. bacon, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, granola, fruit. I'm hoping there were two other items as well.

The hotel was super clean, very quiet and safe. One of the staff his name is Isaiah from the valet he was very polite and friendly. Isaiah makes us feel like home thank you again Isaiah you did an excellent job.

Great room with a view of the stunning landscape. Great workout room. Good central location. Super nice staff, especially Ty at the front desk. And a reasonable rate.

Check in was ok, room and bathroom were very large, shower nice, bed comfortable, great gym. But both the bedroom and bathroom were very dark, no microwave or refrigerator. There is a resort fee that includes parking and water. Hot tub was closed and no roof access to enjoy the view.

Overall, lobby is a lovely art deco theme and rooms are a decent size. My main issues:
1. downtown is not super safe to walk alone as a solo so you need to get your car to drive places. Valet was oftentimes VERY backed up, sometimes waiting 10-15 minutes
2. my shower/tub did not drain so I spend the majority of my shower mid-calf in the water
3. room's ac did not really get cooler. not terrible because I am on the warmer side but my husband would have died if he'd been on this trip
4. lost my second day reservation for a solid 20 minutes despite showing them the res on hotels.com
Is it a fine stay, sure. Would I prefer to stay there again, no. I am back to Abq in a few weeks and am going to spend the extra $125 to go to their sister property Hotel Chaco which has exceptional service. For the price, it is fine.

There’s a extra $25 amenities fee which we didn’t know about until we arrived they charge $75 ($50 for incidentals and $25 amenities)
The issue is that on the expedia website it says the room was $75/night and then after taxes and fee it was $150 then once we get there we are charged an additional $75 making a room we stayed less than 10 hrs in $225. The real problem is that the amenities fee is supposed to cover the $16 parking fee but when you try to leave the parking garage tries to charge you so you have to back ip and go back up stairs and figure it all out so you can go back to parking garage and get out. I’ll never stay here again. It’s not worth it
