We spent a lot of time at the Barnes and the Museum of Art and the hotel was very conveniently located to both. We were able to walk back and forth. Also, not far from the Reading Market, another plus. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. If you want to spend time at the museums, you can’t beat it for location and comfort.

Initially I could not check in online because they couldn’t accept my card. So I checked in at the lobby and it was fine. There was long hair in the bathroom, which was definitely not mine as I’m a guy. The outlets were coming out of the wall. Nice bed and fitness facility. Rooftop bar was good for drinks.

By far some of the most courteous staff I’ve ever come across. They were all so welcoming and accommodating. The space was nice and my room was ready in no time. Super fast and easy check in. Drinks at assembly were really good as well. Had a great experience and will recommend again and again! Customer service was top tier!

Great location. But staff gave us a room which was already assigned to another couple - who were in the room when we went in! Embarrassing and a shock to both of us. This is terrible for a major chain like Hilton

Terrible experience. The fire alarm went off at 4 AM and we were forced out of our rooms for hours with no clear updates or support from staff. This completely ruined our stay. No apology, no compensation, nothing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
