This is a great hotel in a perfect location, near but just a bit off of the center of town. It's a spacious, well-run, urban hotel with a lot of character. Rooms are large and comfortable, nice exercise room, good bar and restaurant.

We spent a lot of time at the Barnes and the Museum of Art and the hotel was very conveniently located to both. We were able to walk back and forth. Also, not far from the Reading Market, another plus. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. If you want to spend time at the museums, you can’t beat it for location and comfort.

Our room was dirty, and the sheets smelled absolutely terrible — like they hadn’t been washed at all. It was so bad we couldn’t rest the entire night. For the price we paid, we expected at least a clean room and fresh linens. Definitely not staying here again.

Initially I could not check in online because they couldn’t accept my card. So I checked in at the lobby and it was fine. There was long hair in the bathroom, which was definitely not mine as I’m a guy. The outlets were coming out of the wall. Nice bed and fitness facility. Rooftop bar was good for drinks.

By far some of the most courteous staff I’ve ever come across. They were all so welcoming and accommodating. The space was nice and my room was ready in no time. Super fast and easy check in. Drinks at assembly were really good as well. Had a great experience and will recommend again and again! Customer service was top tier!
