My teenagers and I had a great time! The hotel was in a perfect area and the staff was so nice and accommodating. The room was bigger than I expected and very nice. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property was great, location to all transportation options perfect, staff was very nice some need to be more vocal in WiFi info and breakfast included.. the breakfast was limited and some days the service was not on point. Don’t stay on second floor— the use of the gym can wake you at early hours— the pool being so close makes these rooms musty. But I did like the location very much.

Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Restaurant was convenient, serving good variety, though perhaps a touch pricey for such a property. Overall, I’m completely satisfied with the Royal Sonesta.

When we arrived to our room, the bathroom tub faucet was leaking a lot. We called the front desk and they sent someone up right away. He was unable to fix it so we were switched to another room. It was smaller than the original room. The staff were pleasant as they assisted with this, however, it did take up a lot of time and we did not make it out that night. We requested a microwave and they provided us with one. We also got extra towels with no hassle. Great stay. Parking is expensive, but convenient. Excellent customer service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel Restaurant had limited breakfast options so we walked to a local restaurant.

The hotel was overall very good. They did not offer a minibar or snacks in room which considering nothing on block was open after 9pm would have been nice. Also my experience is the water available in the room most places I have stayed are 1 liter bottles not 16oz. Since they really are charging you for these “free” items with their extra facilities charge I would think a larger bottle of water would be nice. The restraurant was good but seemed under staffed which is not surprising these days. Overall at this price point it was very good to excellent choice.
