First time staying here and I feel like coming back. The hotel is a cute vibe, loved the pool and the restaurant. The food was delicious, I had lunch and breakfast and everything was amazing. Alejandro was very informative when I checked in and the staff were very chill and nice. Already thinking about coming again for Coachella next year and I think it’ll be my go to hotel whenever I go to Palm Springs.

I love this spot. Food, drinks, are amazing. Updates need to happen but I heard that’s happening soon. Can’t wait!!!!! I was staying here for my birthday and everyone was so kind to me. :)

The lobby and bar were beautiful but the rooms were dirty and out dated we found a cockroach in our shower and since they were at full capacity we weren’t able to be moved. We were given $50

The good, huge room, plenty of parking. If you are a pool person you will probably like the pool and bar setup.
The bad, there was no microwave. There was a coffee maker but no sweetener or creamer in the room. I had to go to the restaurant to get what I needed. The staff was friendly. Felt like maybe this was a one time mistake but as we did not leave room until 11am our room did not get made up and I had to get sweetener and creamer again on day two.
I normally get hotels on the cheaper side. So the resort fee and stocked mini bar and pricey restaurant made me uncomfortable. 3 street tacos $15.

Dated hotel. Rooms could really use some upkeep/modernizing, we also had no housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Pool was fine, decent amount of chairs and full sun. Good location over all, lots of parking and grocery store across street

Was very upset with the overall experience. When we checked in there was no parking was told to park across the street in the grocery store parking lot. Room keys were deactivated at midnight the following night, waited two hours to get into our room, I tried calling, no answer to the hotel no one at the front desk, turns out the guy was asleep in the room behind the counter. Reported the guy above us smoking meth, nothing was done.

The carpets are stained & grubby. The rooms are tired & in need of a refurb. The DJ on coachella weekend doesnt start until 12:00, but this is the time you need to leave for festival so a bit pointless, they need to start a 10am at the latest. The indoor bar is the best thing about this property & the barman Eric. I will return to stay here solely because Eric was so entertaining & lovely. The location of the property was good for shops so that was a positive. I did ask the hotel if they were near a hairdressers they just replied no, but actually they are 9 mins walk from a hairdressers & they would have found it as I did by doing a very quick google search, so their efforts for up & coming residence was not great.
