We had a great stay at the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was excellent, the hotel restaurant and bar were great, and the valet/bell staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was awesome! I was able to check in early! I visited the bar and had 2 great Patron margaritas! It was quiet. I’d definitely stay again!!

My husband and I travel fairly often and are picky about hotels.
Westin was the right price and very comfortable.
We were able to check in early and got a lovely room facing the lake. Beds are fantastic, the shower was very nice.
Love that there's a restaurant on site and although the "resort Fee" is BS, at least we could use it toward food and drink at the restaurant and at the Starbucks in the lobby.
Our only minor complaint is that the workout room is not clearly marked. Just needs better signage.
Would love to come back agian in the summer and enjoy the beach nearby.

I love Westin, but this property is very dated. The bed was old and lumpy. The staff was kind enough to let us change rooms, but the beds in the second room were only marginally better. The pillows and bedding were also not “Heavenly”. It’s such a bummer to see the signature Westin quality drop so much. The Dearfield location is the same.
