Horrible experience not only did we find cockroaches here but the room that I had booked a month and a half in advance magically wasn’t available and got downgraded and not only that but I wasn’t even discounted. Absolutely worst hotel experience ever. I’ve had better luck at motels. Person at the reception didn’t even care. Never returning to this terrible location.

Breakfast was lacking in protein options.
The gap in the door to the hallway was sizable.
The tv had a terrible screen. Could hardly see it. And the thermostat didnt work.

My room was fine. There was a large gap in the door entry allowing sound in.
My tv barely worked, screen was dark and the thermostat did not work.
I also missed some basic "extras" found in other hotels like lotion and a shower cap.
Breakfast was lacking in options.
Probably wont return to another Townplace anytime soon.

There was a noise issue from the work going on at the Marriott hotel beside this hotel. Room smelled musty from the rain, but clean. Beds were comfortable , big shower, big room. Good selection for breakfast, all staff were very friendly and helpful.
