Wonderful location the staff were great. The building feels like it’s on the process of being renovated, which is wonderful. The only downside was the pool was not available when we were able to use it, but that didn’t put a damper on our visit.

Didn't book someone else did yet I am charged by Expedia and only would get money back if property manager approved to provide waiver to cancel was told by Expedia manager refused I didn't go to Florida and yet I am being punished by a greedy company because someone else used my account to book. AC was broke in the first room we were given. We had to be moved to another apartment with working AC. The rooms were dirty and not well maintained. The grab and go breakfast selection was were poor on our second day all there was to offer was coffee.

The facilities were under construction, with no warning. Hard to find , due to limited signs. Requested handicap room, ended up with 3rd floor room. Handicap bar in shower was falling off. Room smelled strongly of weed. Manager said there had been previous complaints. Taylor in the front office was very nice and helpful!!

I stayed one night last week of April accidentally booked a room in May. I was unable to switch the dates instead of canceling still couldn’t cancel so I paid for a night I didn’t stay on top of that. The rooms were dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The towels were dirty the shower overflowed and look like they had paste it all together.

The room was awful, such a shame because it's in a great location. Flooring was damaged need to keep shoes on, awful smell. Air-conditioning hanging off the wall. Bathroom looked like a building site

The customer service was excelelnt. Obviously being renovated but not completed. The floor had cracks and creaks. The bathroom towel rack and shower head were falling off the wall. There was no coffee pot in room. The hair dryer did not work nor the lamp outlets. There was only one trashcan and it was in bathroom. It was about what you should expect for the price. Wouldn't stay again.
