Easy check-in and check-out. Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. My 7 year old granddaughter especially loved the automatic pancake machine available for use during breakfast in the lobby. Lots of sitting and dining space was nice also while enjoying their plentiful breakfast.

I love this property. This is where I always book when I visit Charleston. The staff as a whole are very friendly, professional, and customer service centric. Room is spacious, nice decor and functional for remote working. Property is located conveniently to the highway, restaurants, Walmart and Tanger Outlet.

One morning didn't have forks to eat with, the next it didn't have bowls... The fridge in the room was all frozen up, had to defrost it, even then it wasn't cold, but still froze stuff .. shower could have been cleaner.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all like the other Hilton locations. The air conditioner made a horrible loud wining noise. The room floor was not clean and hair was on the floor and in the shower floor. I reported the concerns through the text response as advised & received no response or help.

We love Tru hotels! It’s our first pick always. This time is the only time they didn’t have coffee… they said the machine was broken… shouldn’t they have a back up machine?! Just a thought. Also, if they would put small coffee makers in the room that would help. We are coffee drinkers and had to go drive to get coffee each morning.
The hotel was excellent though! We will stay there again!

Air conditioner made a loud buzzing noise. They didn't have coffee because their coffee maker was down and instead of going to get a new one they just put a sign up that said it down. My son and i were waiting on the elevator, when the door open 2 ladies from house keeping for on and one told the other "they can wait on another one". One evening we came in there was nowhere to park because people where double parked so they told me to park in the space between handicap spots but to get up before 7 and move off i didn't want to get towed.

The room was not very clean after check in, there were fake eyelashes on the mirror and fingernails on the floor along with dirt. The sheets were not clean and we had to ask for extra blankets but the service was very good and the people were accommodating.
