Lovely place with a lovely, helpful housekeeper. Very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again. Walking distance to the quarter but outside of the craziness in a quiet area.

A fantastically unique spot less about one mile from the Superdome.

LOVE the property. It felt like my home in New Orleans. It was filled with warmth, exceptionally clean and was in a convenient location. Also, Miss Melissa (the property manager/host) was lovely. I enjoyed talking with her immensely and consider her a friend! Can't wait to come back for Jazzfest in 2026. My NOLA home away from home :)

Property is nice inside ... and Melissa was great to deal with . Off Street Parking and area is a little off the beaten path but ok ... Surprised the private bathroom in the Trolley Stop Room was down the hall and not in the room .. This was not what was expected . I would suggest having a full length mirror somewhere in the rooms as you can not see yourself when getting dressed and maybe some ice and a bottle of water or two in the room upon arrival .. The sign on the door that says check out at 11am . No Exceptions ! .. maybe you can word it another way so not so it could relay your message without being abrupt .. Little things mean a lot .. overall good property .. Thank you .

Lovely historical guest house. A full kitchen is available for guests to use and a lounge area with comfy sofas. There is free street parking with plenty of space. The property is a 10-15 minute bus ride from the French Quarter. You can buy a 24 hour bus ticket (called a JazzPass) on the bus for $3 to use on all buses. The street car also goes to the French Quarter but wasn't running iwhile we were there. Melissa, the housekeeper, is lovely. She was full of useful information about places to visit and restaurants etc.

Comfortable bed great location

The house is beautiful. Quiet and clean. Full kitchen and coffee. It was within walking distance from the trolley and far away enough from the noise. Our flight didn’t leave till the night after we checked out and they were nice enough to let us leave our suitcase in the closet downstairs so we could explore the town on our last day without carrying our luggage. Would definitely recommend

The house itself was gorgeous, especially the inside and it’s nice and quiet. It IS on the other side of the river and walking under that bridge is sketchy. There are a lot of homeless people in the area and as a woman staying there alone I wouldn’t want to be there by myself at night. The kitchen is more for show than anything else. They have what you need to make coffee but I use a different machine and didn’t want to spend time making it and potentially breaking it.

Definitely an amazing, reasonably priced New Orleans experience!

Excellent location, conveniently located near major railcar routes. Caretaker is friendly and attentive, and on-site team was very responsive. Would wholeheartedly recommend for all travelers to New Orleans.

A great place to stay. Completely restored home within walking distance to WW ll museum. Only 4 rooms with 2 people max in each. Travis the owner and Melissa the housekeeper are outstanding. Free parking right outside. A quiet place with some excellent restaurants around. When we return to New Orleans, this is where we will stay. Near the trolley line.

the area seemed sketchy at first but it was overall fine while i was there. the neighbors were a little loud when i was trying to go to bed but overall it was fine.

The home is a New Orleans delight. Lovely rooms , very clean, very comfortable bed, well appointed. Housekeeper Melissa is a dream host. Free parking on the street, and about 4 minute walk to the streetcar that takes you direct to the French quarter.

Excellent facility! Staff were amazing! Very very beautifully decorated and maintained. Quiet and comfy. Street parking in front, never had a problem. Excellent experience, will return for sure!

Oh my gosh, It was the perfect quiet spot for me to stay while I studied during work training! The staff was on hand but not in my face. Exactly what I needed.

Beautiful old character house with lovely live-in housekeeper. Prompt responses to small issues. Short walk to Mardi Gras Parade. Fabulous restaurants nearby. Clise to trolleycar.
