For anyone who receives a phone call stating they have no more vacant rooms specified to whatever you booked get everything in writing get their names whoever whomever told you what. My room was changed to a single bed instead of the two bed room was told I was getting the difference refunded and it has been a massive problem since just for the difference though the employee stated I was getting the refund. Conveniently when asked about that night, the record was unavailable so for anyone booking here keep records of the interactions and statements that were told to you if they said they will refund it get it in writing get their name have them sign it time date everything.

Was some scuffs but looks like they were remodeling, so that was fine. I think they should change out the comforters though fr. The fridge also had food from the last guest. Other wise it was fine

Went to check in after a long drive and found the front desk closed! Called the number provided on the front door and was to that the front desk manager was gone for the evening at a wedding anniversary party and there wasn’t anything he could do. Terrible service all around!

When I arrived to check in, the front desk was closed and I was not able to checkin. When I called the company they said there was nothing they could do because I reserved through Expedia. I called Expedia and they didn’t help either. So, I wasted money on a reservation I never used.

This place is vile, beyond filthy. I was barefoot for one hour and my feet were black with sticky, hairy, sludge as if I'd been walking in tar. Floor was like a movie theater that offered haircuts. I think there was human poop on the head board of my bed. Even the plastic wrapped soap was covered in grime. Walls were paper thin and heavily stained. The room smelled like Dollar Store candles. The cabinet dresser was missing drawers. The pilled, rough bedding only came with one flimsy foam pillow. The bathroom has cigarette burns on the toilet and mirror. The front desk lost my reservation, charged me more for each of the 3 rooms I'd reserved on Expedia, and took over 40 minutes. I asked if the rooms could be together and received no reply, just a blank stare at the floor. Attendant called management for help locating my reservation and were told "nothing they could do." We were the only person there. They only gave us one key per room. When we tried to flee, the elevator broke. There is no morning/ overnight attendant if locked out

The hotel appeared decent on your website but was anything but. Blood all over the bathroom in the first room they tried to put us in as well as filthy floors, broken drawers and cabinets in the kitchenette, and bathroom door destroyed. The 2nd room had cockroaches crawling all over. Our car would have probably been broken into in their parking lot. We definitely did not stay here. We left and had to find another hotel. The place was like a crack house, flop house, brothel and mental institution all into one location. Unfortunately, I will probably be unable to get our money back on this disaster of a "hotel".

It was crowded with a lot of children. I think it temporary housing for families. There was a hole in the wall in my room. That didn't really bother me. But no dish soap. Very little toiletries. Bare minimum. I travel through the area a few times a year, and I need a full fridge. It was OK. Not my favorite. I stayed across the highway in May, will probably do so again.

I had to buy febreze because the room, elevator, stairwell, and hallways smelled so bad of cigarette and pot smoke. The bedding was mismatched and had cigarette hole burns, although the mattress was newer. Safety was a concern as side and back doors were propped open. The 2 staff people I spoke with were pleasant and friendly, but the hotel, although seeming newer, was an incredible dump. I’m glad it was just me in for the Bix race (my family was across the parking lot at the Sleep Inn (another terrible place, just better because the bedding was comfortable and “breakfast” was provided, bc I would never want my children to have to stay there.

room had a hole in the wall and there were cockroaches. we didnt even stay the night an as there was no person at the front desk we just left. i have pictures of the cockroach if some one wants it. also the bed had hair in it so i think it was dirty sheets yuck

Took three tries to discover the key to our assigned room would only work with a master key so we were switched rooms. Chech in was difficult they wanted us to pay after we had already prepaid. There was spital in the corners and down the wall of the elevator from tobbacco chewer. No breakfast. We had to wash our feet from the dirt on the floor in our room. Zero recommendations for ever repeating a visit. This was fir our 15th wedding anniversary made it memorable just not in a good way.

First of all my room I was given, when I walked in it was aready accupied by another guest. Good thing they were not in the room. I was given another room. The room had a strange smell, im chaulking it up to a disinfectant. The outside was well lit, and was clean. Overall my impression I can only give it a 5 out of 10.

We had 3 guest. Had 2 towels. Asked for extra towels to shower. Was told no. They only let you have towels between 1-3. Will not be staying there again.
