This property is in a good location. It was within walking distance to restaurants, grocery area, parks, and gas stations, and also the bus stations and trolley. It's very close to the cruise port.

Really disappointed with our experience at YotelPad. The location was excellent, and overall the room was fine, it was the customer service, attitude and communication that was very lacklustre. On arrival (after a midnight flight from Miami) we were told that early check in would cost extra $55, in my opinion, this is a money grab.
We had 3 major issues
1. Once in the room, the murphy bed hadn't been set up, we had to do that ourselves.
2. The kettle didn't work, we went down to the desk 5 times, and they advised they would replace asap. After falling upon deaf ears my husband actually took it to the front desk and sat it there as a reminder. It was many hours and another couple of requests before we got a new kettle.
3. Our room was not serviced on the second day. Again, we contacted them and to no avail. After MANY requests for our room to be serviced, someone knocked on the door with clean towels. No bed made or anything, just a few towels.
This is not the experience we paid for. The staff couldn't care at all.

NO FREE PARKING !!!
YotelPad Miami offered free parking during the reservation process, but at the reception I was told that they don’t offer anything like that — only the option to park in a nearby public garage for $15 per day. We chose this accommodation partly based on that advertised benefit. So, for a two-night stay, the accommodation ended up costing us $30 more. For an extra $30 including parking, we might have chosen a different hotel. (Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful — I just find it frustrating that they provide misleading information.)

Our stay was better than expected! Not often you get impressed even after seeing the pictures on-line. Every area of hotel was very clean. Modern, practical, beautiful views from top floors. We visited from the other coast so my son could see his fav team the Heat in playoffs. We happened to get the “Apartment” that overlooked the Kaseya Center. His Murphy bed folded down facing it. A little slice of heaven to him!

I loved the self service check in; very easy to use. I loved the automated elevators; very quick and efficient. The room was big with basically a full kitchen; great value for the price. I asked for a high floor, corner and that is exactly what I got. The fitness room was clean and the equipment was new and spotless. The staff was wonderful; had a drink at the bar that was excellent as was breakfast the next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

We got in a little later in the evening and the hotel was very accommodating. The room was huge and the views were fantastic. Only issue with the room was the bed was very low, but it was also very comfortable. The surrounding area is a bit noisy, could hear motorcycles going up and down the street, but it is downtown so expect traffic. Its locates in a walkable area so we had no problem getting around or finding things to do. The pool area was extremely beautiful and the bartender was a stand out, Im sorry we cannot remember his name. Overall the yotel pad was a great stay and we would stay again.

Our family of 4 had a great stay! A great location, very clean and walkable to bayside market and kaysea center. The pool area was beautiful.
The only down side was that we had the family studio with bunk beds but the top bunk did not have a rail so we couldn’t use it. Otherwise we would stay again!
