The small room is cramped and has no place to hang clothes. The big room facing the front has no wardrobe. The refrigerator doesn't cool well. The bathroom fixtures are also old.

Uneven staff, polite male staff. Female staff on Friday night shift 10/24 was quite lazy, attitude towards customers. Same staff on afternoon 10/25 had attitude towards customers. On 10/24 asked to check hot water but it was not done, said staff would change shift at 11am? How did the customer take a bath? On afternoon 10/25 the customer asked to call staff to clean the room but the attitude towards the customer was the same? Asked the customer why didn't they call to clean the room yesterday on another shift, another person?

I had a room on the third floor with a city view. The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. There was traffic noise, but it was not too loud.

The bed is a bit weak. The bathtub lamp was moved to a more convenient place so guests could easily see the window. Bedding and pillows have a slight odor. But overall okay.

The room I chose was small but clean. Fully equipped and clean equipment, friendly staff. The location is convenient and the parking lot has enough space for 2 cars (I'm not sure if 3 cars are enough). The minus point is that the bed is not good, easy to make noise

Phòng rất bé. Nền gạch bể vỡ đi cộc cạch, giường rất rất bé. Không cách âm. Ở ngoài mấy cô dọn phòng rất ồn ào. Chỉ tiếng động nhỏ ở ngoài cũng nghe được. Nhân viên lễ tân là nam, rất không thân thiện, không nhiệt tình, không có lấy 1 nụ cười nào. Mặc dù mình không hề làm phiền gì các bạn ấy

I really don't think the quality is so good, the price is cheap but the hotel is like 4 stars, the room is bigger than the picture, after coming back to Saigon, I will stay in this hotel, the reception to protect are very easy. love

Bathroom's wall is dirty. Hair on bed. No hot water in room ( I check in at mid night). The male receptionist upon arrival is not friendly and helpful (maybe a newcomer?! On the departure day, I get disturb by 2 calls (1: asking of I check out today? 2: Do I have a car?---> Can you disturb your guest's sleeping to check whose the car in your carpark is?) Anyway, the receptionist checking out for me is nice.
