Good location, breakfast was good, room was clean. Reception staff was friendly (the lady wearing spectacles, always stationed on the right side; sorry, didn't get your name). Another staff, Mike, was so helpful in managing our luggage and also provided me with medical oil when we needed it badly as my husband was not feeling well. Our overall stay in Adora was pleasant. Thank you & God bless all of you.

This place is soo convenient to all the tourist areas. This is my 2nd time staying here and I love the staff here. They’re so sweet. Mike was outstanding. He showed us all the good spots and was very friendly . I will stay again!

The hotel prepared a breakfast box for us as we had a very early flight on our last day in Ho Chi Minh. Thumbs up for the thoughtful service. We truly appreciate all the arrangements. We’ll definitely come back and stay again

I've stayed here for the 3rd time every time I visit SG. The hotel is very good, clean, the staff is enthusiastic in opening the door to take luggage, the mattress is soft and easy to sleep, a worthy experience.

The room is small and damp. I recommend you check the hotel facilities before entering, to avoid being asked for compensation when leaving the hotel. When I entered the hotel, I only had 1 pair of slippers. When I left, the hotel asked for a pair even though they didn't have one. If you don't pay, they ask for a written commitment, and the hotel didn't even apologize for disturbing you.

Thank you for staying at ADORA. We are sorry to read the inaccurate information in your review. To clarify: Before checking in, all equipment in the room was checked and fully recorded. When checking out, the staff discovered that some items such as slippers and towels were missing, and they were notified for verification. We have never requested to check the guest's luggage. You yourself proactively said that if you want to check your suitcase, you must have someone in charge come and check, while the hotel has never made any such request. If this situation continues—guests check in and then check out without items such as slippers, towels, or even larger assets such as TVs and refrigerators—and the hotel is not allowed to verify, where is the fairness for a business like ADORA? We always respect the privacy of our guests, but we also need transparency and fairness in protecting common property. ADORA is committed to serving with professionalism, but also expects to receive cooperation and honesty from customers.

Hi , We greatly appreciate your comments regarding your stay at ADORA Hotel. We have noticed that some aspects of our service did not meet your expectations. Sister, please accept our sincere apology. We work in the service industry, ADORA always considers its customers as family, always welcome all customers to ADORA. We always welcome children under 6 years old who can stay with their parents. but for the "children 15,16,17 years old" we will apply surcharge and give breakfast buffet for those children. The day you stay at our staff, we have upgraded the room for free from small room to VIP room. Balcony (3 large beds) for enough number of people in your family but only 1 extra "baby". I WANT YOU TO BOOK THE RIGHT TYPE OF ROOM BY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE I STAY SOON, so that if I'm not lucky enough to have a free upgrade for my family, I still have to pay the surcharge for more than the number of people in 1. room, but also have to be crowded in a small room as booked. We always understand that children are always small in your eyes, but our staff always have to work with a caring attitude. Respect and equality for all customers, always follow the general rules, the surcharge has made you unhappy - hope you understand. In addition, other types of rooms such as family rooms, VIP .... Fully accommodate the number of people to stay for your family so that you don't have to pay extra people, but still have to stay with a small room for 2 people as you booked in advance. Please see our website for more information or if you decide to try another room type to be able to fully satisfy your wishes on your next visit, we will be delighted.

The room is small and soundproof is too poor. When I woke up in the morning, I could clearly hear the cleaning staff being very noisy outside. Broken hair dryer and old pillowcases.

As I see, here is 3 stars hui, everything is okie but there are some places when I checkin I have a book in front of the room but the receptionist takes a lot of time :( the receptionist doesn't remember anything but doesn't even care Smile at me, I'm in the Family Balcony room, the air-con is not very cold. The buffet breakfast is pretty ok. There are cakes, fruits, desserts.
