The hotel is new, the pool is beautiful and wonderful, the decoration is perfect, the furniture is also very new, the hotel has Free fruit, water and coffee. The hotel offers airport shuttle service (surcharge) & free shuttle bus to An Bang beach, with free club & seating service for guests. The hotel also offers free bikes. The staff are very enthusiastic, also guide me a reasonable map to hang out. I had a great vacation. Will return to the hotel on the next holiday.

Exceptional staff, service, and food. The room was cleaned to top quality and the bed was soft and super comfortable. The breakfast menu was scrumptious and stayed consistently. Will definitely stay if I travel to Hoi An again.

Staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Min, the Guest Relations Officer, stood out with her warm smile and attentiveness—she ensured everything was tailored to our preferences and gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do and see around Hoi An, which really enhanced our experience. She also prepared a delightful surprise for my friend’s birthday, decorating the bed with flowers and “A Happy Birthday”and a small cake.
The hotel is well located, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, and has all the amenities we needed. The décor is charming, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Overall, a lovely stay with excellent service and a great location.

Property was cute, rooms were clean. However, we couldn’t get more than one family room on the same floor, which made it inconvenient, especially due to a sick family member that requires attention. Going between floors is not ideal to check on family member. Alternative would be to opt for smaller rooms to stay on same floor. Rooms are not large enough to go for a smaller room. On the upside, staff is very friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to maybe shops and points of interest, though the weather/temperature can still be a hindrance despite the short walk—some days can be very hot and humid.

We had a lovely stay at the Allegro Hotel in Hoi An. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a charming pool area lit up with lanterns in the evening. It really adds to the atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the old town and close to other popular areas.
Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the spa and restaurant teams. The restaurant had a great variety of dishes. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered plenty of choice, and the afternoon tea was a really nice touch.
We visited the spa several times during our stay and had amazing treatments each time. I would definitely recommend making the most of it. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to the beach, which was really convenient.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Allegro Hoi An is conveniently located while being away from the touristy craziness that defines Hoi An. A ten-minute walk will take you to all the major attractions.
The hotel restaurant was subpar for dinner. You have much better options in town. However, the breakfast buffet was awesome. They had a lot of tropical fruits like papaya and passion fruit.
The gym in the basement was adequate but very outdated.
