My family felt very comfortable, the room is soundproof, maybe the 26th floor so there is no noise, the facilities and furniture are very new, the location of the central area should go very close, friends from the reception came to guard very enthusiastically and happily, 100 points for Annova ❤️ I stayed 2 more nights because I liked it so much 😂

You should check the items in the room. When handing over the room, there was no note stating the items, and I accidentally didn't report when a spoon was missing and ended up having to pay for the spoon.

Beautiful hotel, new, near the beach, right in the center, convenient for travel, many restaurants around. Polite and enthusiastic staff. Many foreign guests. Many elevators but during rush hour you will have to wait a bit because the hotel has many floors. Overall, will come back next time.

My family stayed here for 1 night and had a quite satisfying experience.
The staff was gentle and polite, caring about the guests' experience.
I stayed on the 34th floor so the night view or sunrise was very beautiful.
The room facilities were complete and clean.
The breakfast was quite good but not too impressive, mostly popular dishes. My family liked watermelon juice but it was not available at the buffet counter that day, I requested it and it was immediately fulfilled.
The lunch space on the 28th floor was very beautiful and luxurious, the price was of course a bit higher but it was okay, the food was fresh and suited my family's taste.

I arrived to check in quite early at around 5am, the lobby was quite hot (probably not air-conditioned) and early check-in was not supported even though I had a small child. Hopefully next time I return to the hotel it will be better.
The hotel's location is ideal, near Lottemart; Circle K, just a few minutes walk to the beach. A few minutes drive to a local restaurant.
I had to remind the staff to serve the family for the welcome drink, I feel the hotel is a bit negligent in this area.
The Kid club is relatively small, few toys, quite a lot of books for children. The room is clean, has air conditioning.
The breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes, the staff is friendly and open. The broth of the noodles and ribs is very delicious.
The room has a very nice and comfortable city + sea view. Full amenities, strong wifi. Soundproofing is not very good.

I think the room is ok. But the staff and service here are very bad. The room has to be cleaned 2-3 times. The receptionist keeps calling the guests loudly, the guests check out 20 minutes later but still don't know if the guests have returned the room card or not. Standing from afar, they loudly ask the guests if they have returned the room card yet. The spa staff also loudly calls the guests. I feel like the staff here have not learned hotel business.

Hotel in the center, many amenities around (supermarket, dining area); not too far from the beach (200m). New hotel, good soundproofing, room with bathtub overlooking the sea, quite chill. Room is a bit small but airy because it has a balcony and glass door overlooking the sea. Breakfast is okay, not too excellent but full, many dishes, good taste. Friendly receptionist, quick check in - check out. There is a basement for parking so it is more secure than other places.
