Aroma Beach Resort & Spa

If you only look at the current 2-star review on Google, you won't choose this place in a hurry. Reading many reviews after Khoa Pug left, we can see that the resort has improved a lot. • Staff: Enthusiastic, assisting with luggage, serving drinks for check-in and checkout • Room: I booked a cheap Superior room, it was a bit far from the breakfast restaurant/swimming pool/beach, but the room was still spacious and comfortable. Rooftop, fully furnished, free fruit and filtered water. The room has quite fragrant essential oils, shampoo/rinse smells like conditioner, but the conditioner is a bit bad. The beach is also the cleanest among the resorts, the breakfast is diverse and delicious (the drinks are quite delicious). The garden in my opinion is beautiful, not too modernized with concrete like some new resorts nowadays. The only thing is that check out now is usually 11:00, so be careful not to wait for the bus/train time.

I chose a room on the 3rd floor, clean. There is free sauna, clean and spacious swimming pool. My family is very satisfied with this trip. Super enthusiastic staff, extremely attentive customer care

First time going on vacation and so determined to write a 10 star review. I have read through the review of the resort and found many scandals about the room and staff, so I decided to vote up 10 stars as a thank you to the resort as well as negating the scandals I know. I booked a bit close to the date so the price was a bit high, but hunting for sale 7.7 of the app should be able to reduce it. I booked a deluxe garden view room, when I got there, I was free to upload to the sea view bungalow, great to the sun. Coming to the resort with the mentality of not expecting much, but the impression is completely opposite, from the security guard to the manager as well as the receptionists and staff, all are very very nice and enthusiastic, serving enthusiastically and saying very polite thing. When I asked about places to eat and drink in Mui Ne, everyone was very enthusiastically guided. The resort has a few bicycles available, you can ride around (if you can ride) =)))) Another plus point is that most of the staff here take very good pictures and have a good heart ^^ I have the opportunity Simultaneously resorting to nearby Victoria, so there is a bit of a subjective comparison. Aroma designed a thatched roof, the aisles are open and fresh, while the Victoria side is more luxurious, but the road is far away and the trees are denser like a forest, feeling humid. Aroma resort campus is not as large as Victoria, so it is convenient to move without a tram. Aroma has many green lawns, lotus ponds, swings, wooden bridges, ... creating a feeling of freshness as well as a virtual life. The interior of the room is undisputed, too good compared to 4 stars. Entering the room is the pleasant smell of lemongrass essential oil. Full room facilities, including mosquito nets and insecticidal lamps, bags, umbrellas, etc. Easy-to-use cryptographic safe. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower. The spacious balcony with sea view is suitable for both sitting and enjoying the wind and... drying clothes =)))) The only disadvantage is that all the lights in the room are yellow, creating a cozy feeling but disadvantageous for me when applying makeup: (((The resort has a gym, billiards, table tennis and dart. Saw the introduction of a spa. Sauna is free at 13:30-15, but at that time every day is busy sleeping so I can't try it =))) A little more comparison with Victoria about the restaurant: The breakfast buffet at Aroma is rich in food, full of Asian-European style and very satisfying, spacious and airy seats. Victoria, the food is about half less, the seats are also a bit dark. Mui Ne beach has strong waves, lots of sand, so bathing is dirty, people only swim near the shore because it is quite dangerous. Most of them swim a little, but go to the swimming pool a lot :)) Aroma swimming pool with moderate depth; Victoria has 2 swimming pools, a children's pool and an infinity pool, the view of the pool on Victoria's side is slightly better than the toilet, but it's still a long way to move, you have to ride a tram. When I was there, there were a few tour groups coming, accidentally having fun with their gala :D was fortunate to meet a few guests who were also very peaceful. In short, this summer vacation is fortunate to have a great experience. Will definitely come back to Aroma, as well as introduce to everyone around. I visited PT for 2 nights and booked a basic room only to go out to eat seafood and go out but suddenly experienced a lot of good things here. Give compliments because the hotel has very good staff training. The bells here are very welcoming and enthusiastic 100/10, the reception is happy to help when I have questions. The restaurant staff is also very enthusiastic. I asked the staff member (my name is Ngoc Anh) to ask for a stone in a separate water bottle on the day of check out at breakfast because it was too hot and he was very happy and enthusiastic to support, thank you. The plants are very well taken care of. M went with brother two and both were very satisfied with the service. It can be said that it is one of the best staff training hotels I have ever traveled to (always with a smile when helping guests *I have been to many full 4.5-star hotels and resorts but I can't find all the staff anywhere). members are as cute as v). The resort is very beautiful and meticulously cared for the garden area, I stay in a high sea view room, but if you have the opportunity, everyone should choose a garden view Bungalow to experience the atmosphere and tropical scenery. I am very satisfied with the service here, especially the attentive, enthusiastic and attentive staff. If I have the opportunity to return to Phan Thiet, Aroma is still the first choice for me and my family!

The drawback is that it is quite far from the center, so it is difficult to find places to eat, if you want to eat, you have to go to Mui Ne to have many restaurants. I choose to eat at the restaurant, the price is a little bit higher, but it's clean and the sea view is beautiful, the bag is good..hihi. For those of you who like to eat cheap but delicious food, it is braised meat, 1 bowl of meat with a large bowl of rice can be eaten for 3ng, very economical. In short, I really like it.
