Good service made our stay in Da Nang

This is a lovely hotel! The rooms and facilities are so clean and comfortable. Very nice room. Wonderful breakfast buffet, great room service, excellent food. The gym is also very nice. The pool is a bit small but I never used it anyways being so close to the beach. I was apprehensive about not being on the beach but I actually loved this area. The riverwalk is beautiful, and right outside the hotel. The beach is about a 10 minute drive away. The beds were so comfortable too! Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend.

Staff friendly and helpful

The hotel was old and a bit run down. No balcony in the room.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient and safe area. Breakfast buffet is delicious. We highly recommended this hotel.

We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was fantastic! The suite included two bedrooms—a spacious master room and a separate single bedroom—perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the suite also featured a handy mini kitchen. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

Room smelt stale. Impersonal. Bed was not that comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was great, the room was spacious and had great views. The restaurant was very good with very sumptuous breakfast full of different options. Many staff members went out of their way to help us with anything we ask for. Unfortunately we don’t remember many names, therefore we are not going to single out anyone.

Great hotel excellent staff good location near the han river. Loved staying there.

The staff is like the icing on a delicious cake. They are extremely warm welcoming and professional. Viviana in the restaurant made a coffee for me and I was hooked. Anytime she saw me at breakfast she would ensure I had it and the cook at the omelet station remembering how me and my daughter prefer our eggs was just phenomenal!!! They truly went above and beyond!

Overall the hotel is fairly new. Rooms are a good size and kept clean. Hall ways and carpets are generally dirty. No room service and good walk to restaurants

The hotel was excellent especially Miss Nora who provided us with a great level of attentiveness and personalized service. Highly recommend for Danang stay.

Loved my short stay at the crowne plaza da nang! Beautiful, clean rooms with amazing service and location was close by and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again next time I’m back in Da Nang!

Newly rebranded Crowne Plaza City Center DaNang (formerly Bay Capital). Impressive hotel with scenic views of the Song Han River and mountains in the far distance. (Rooms 18-3 & 19-3). Upon arrival at hotel lobby and check in, a warm welcome and immaculate service.Guest rooms were well appointed with modern furnishings and very comfortable. Modern designed bathroom with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower cubicle, good water pressure. Housekeeping service efficient and timely. Breakfast a little pricey but service was good and with a good buffet selection of local and western spreads. Excellent coffee! Only less positive feedback is the size of the swimming pool which is not big enough and faces the breakfast/all day dining room. Location slightly tucked away on a quiet street, with just a few eateries but near enough to walk down to the riverfront towards the Song Han River Bridge. Crowne Plaza City Center DaNang is a Great Hotel that Guests will Love!
