I booked Superior Double Room, price 650k, with sea view. 15:00 to check in, the receptionist said the old guest has not gone, about 19h to check in. Only room 105, room for 3 guests, should temporarily transfer my husband and wife to room 105. Because I only have 1 night, but until 19h, I only have room with sea view as I want, so I agree to stay Room 105 always, trouble switching back and forth. At this time, the reception room security 105 price 450, will pay back to me 200k price difference that I paid for the web. But later, the receptionist told room 105 to be 550k because that room was standard for 3 guests. I am not happy because I have two spouses, because the hotel is out of room so I put myself in room 105 but I don't need a room for 3 guests. In addition, when I checked the price of the 3-star Blue Star room on the web at the time, the price was only 429k. When I said this opinion, the new receptionist agreed to return me 200k. Although the amount is not large, but I am not satisfied with the way such service.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the sea, near the night market, clean rooms, the hotel has an elevator so it is easy to get up and down, the staff is enthusiastic and the hotel owner is too friendly and fun. Whether you are backpacking, traveling with family or business ... the Blue Star hotel is a great destination. If I come back to Nha Trang, I still choose Blue Star Hotel (Sao Xanh hotel).

Family of 7 people rent 3 rooms, central location west, less than 100m from the sea, clean room, reasonable price, on the lower floor floor 4.5. I will continue to choose this hotel for the next vacation.
