This is the best hotel in Da Nang for me so far. Luckily, I chose this hotel and I am really happy with my decision. My parents also love staying here a lot. Very friendly and polite staff from door man, receptionist and housemaids who always smile and offer their prompt assistance to us whenever they see us with the premises. Thanks a lot for such an amazing short stay. Definitely will come back next time.

Staff are friendly but a bit lacking in enthusiasm. Other amenities are quite inconvenient. When you arrive at the check-in location, the staff reports a problem with the room and arranges for you to go to another hotel about 700m away, causing you to have to walk to the main hotel to have breakfast and use the swimming pool. VERY INCONVENIENT

The hotel is clean, the view is beautiful, the interior is also beautiful, looking very luxurious but the price is super cheap. near the sea, walk about 5 minutes. It's a bit sorry that I went after the translation, there were no customers so you did not operate the swimming pool. (Maybe that's why it's cheap)

Feeling extremely frustrated, the hotel rented out the room to other guests when my boss's furniture and everything were still in the same room. Also discussed with the hotel owner and no final decision was reached.

The design of the electric socket in the room is a kind of anti-electric shock (against children room), so remember to ask the receptionist how to use because plugging in the normal way will not be. Breakfast normal but nice, clean, new hotel, walking to the beach and staying in quiet area. Friendly hotel staff.

The receptionist is cute, friendly and enthusiastic. Nice and moderate art gallery with a pleasant feeling, all the things I want, especially a nightgown (but the rope is not visible). Breakfast food is diverse, suitable for the taste. The food at the hotel is fine and delicious. Will definitely come back because there is a very comfortable night in Brilliant ❤️
