Center Hotel Bac Ninh

The male receptionist was enthusiastic but disappointed with the charge calculation here. The room was arranged for room 602. I asked what if I stayed, the hotel said they would let me change rooms. Then when I checked out tonight, they said at first because I checked out after 6pm, so I was charged 60%, then they told me to come back before 6pm, but it turned out that because I changed rooms, I had to charge 60%.
