Even though it's an apartment, it meets 5* hotel standards. The view is very beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and fragrant. There is a convenient kitchen. strong water. Strong WiFi. The TV is great for watching YouTube, the swimming pool on the 36th floor is so beautiful, the entrance to the apartment with the highlight of the walking bridge above takes beautiful pictures. The whole family had a perfect vacation at Chau Homestay. Next time I come to the mainland, I will still choose Chau Homestay. The accommodation is great, there is nothing to criticize.

The room is very nice, clean and fully equipped. The amenities in the building are very good. However, the elevator is often stuck and you have to wait quite a long time. Overall, my experience here is quite good. Except for the fact that my husband and I had to wait for the elevator every day and the parking fee is quite high, I highly recommend it. The price of Chau homestay is also very competitive, the owner is also quite accommodating when I informed her that I would check out 30 minutes late.

The apartment is very clean and fully equipped with a washing machine, kitchen, cooking utensils and dishes. There are also some small but equally important things such as dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and broom. Depending on the room, you can see the sea, but our room did not have a sea view, which is a minus point. Another point is that there are 2 bedrooms but only 1 shared air conditioner. Overall, the experience is still great and the staff is enthusiastic. You can text zalo for support.

I went out unexpectedly and accidentally saw the apartment that was only booked within 10 minutes

The location is ok but the wait for the elevator is extremely long. The room is okay but the bed sheets and blankets are not clean and smelly. The trash can is a round plastic trash can without a lid so it looks very unhygienic. The toilet has exactly one roll of used toilet paper 😌. The infinity pool or something on the 36th floor, the rules are extremely difficult, you have to wear a swimsuit to swim, you can't even wear spandex. I always wear spandex when swimming at landmark 81, no one requires it like here.

The room is not decorated in a bad way, no different from a rented room, lacks furniture, and is not clean, the refrigerator is rusty. The room is empty but if you check in early, there will be a fee, not as easy as other owners, and there is no view.
