The receptionist who contacts guests is not really enthusiastic, just polite to get paid
A large resort design must be able to meet the needs of peak times with many guests, at 2pm no one called to check in, had to ask by themselves; for dinner, guests who wanted to eat in the room asked if they could send the menu, but they said they were busy because it was too crowded, read a series of 10 dishes quickly and hung up

Bad. The original cover is moldy, the towels are black and super dirty, my mother's room has torn bed sheets, I booked: 2-bed room (*2) + 1 king bed room but only received 2 tiny single beds and 1 king bed room, the hotel added 1 single bed in the living room which looked like a patient's bed, I called to ask because my family didn't have enough space to sleep, the hotel said the *2 beds part is just a symbol, damn 😑 the balcony door is rusty and can't be opened, my husband pulled the balcony door in the living room so hard that it could only be opened a little bit so 1 person could get in and out, the soundproofing is super poor, I can hear everything the other room does or says clearly, my family booked 2 times (booked before moving in) for 3 nights but only stayed 1 night so we had to spend the money we booked to go somewhere else, it's unacceptable, for that price we have to stay in such a terrible place, this is the worst place I've ever stayed

The hotel is about 20km from the city center and about 2km from Eo Gio. The campus and facilities have degraded a lot. The bedrooms have a lot of ants so you have to be careful. The food tastes quite bad, the breakfast buffet menu is almost the same every day, the restaurant is quite far from the hotel room, it is very hot and there is no air conditioning even though it is hot, there are only a few steam fans and they are concentrated in one area. There is nothing to do around the hotel so it is mainly for golfers and those who want to relax.

The hotel room was old, the balcony glass door was rusty, the main door was also rusty. The initial check-in room was bad because the fan was very loud, I was changed to a better room but had to wait a long time for the staff to check the room. The staff was polite, sincere, and friendly but had to wait a long time, 24-hour room cleaning service but the room cleaning sign was changed from morning to afternoon, the bed sheets were not changed even though they were dirty.

The security guard joked with the guests, the guests asked if there was a faucet to clean the sand before entering the hotel to clean the guard told the guests to dip their feet in the faucet with a joking attitude
The lobby and dining room were hot, stuffy, and the air conditioner was not on
The guests asked the doorman to carry their suitcases up, if they didn't want to do it, they could refuse and let the guests carry it themselves. Here, they said ok but left it there without doing it even though they weren't busy, the day my family went there was very few guests
The room said there was a mini fridge but it was just for display, not cool at all. The family had a baby so they had to go very far to send milk to the restaurant, which was extremely inconvenient
