Beautiful space, airy, attentive service. Friendly staff, fast, only breakfast is not buffet due to few guests. Due to going to the correct SN, the hotel gave me a cake. Thank you hotel.

Nhân viên thân thiện, khu nghỉ yên tĩnh, có bể bơi trong nhà và ngoài trời. Gần khách sạn không có chỗ vui chơi giải trí, ăn uống buổi sáng chưa ngon.

Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại FLC Vinh Phuc Resort. Khi tôi đến đó, tôi đã được đón tiếp bởi một đội ngũ nhân viên nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Tôi đã được dẫn đến phòng nghỉ của mình và ngay lập tức bị ấn tượng bởi sự sang trọng và tiện nghi của phòng. Trong suốt kỳ nghỉ của mình, tôi đã có cơ hội trải nghiệm nhiều hoạt động thú vị tại resort. Tôi đã tham gia lớp học yoga buổi sáng để thư giãn và đón một ngày mới tươi đẹp. Tôi cũng đã thử thách bản thân với các trò chơi thể thao như đá bóng trên cỏ, tennis và bóng chuyền trên bãi biển. Tôi cũng đã thưởng thức nhiều món ăn ngon tại các nhà hàng của resort. Tôi đã thử nhiều món ăn địa phương và tôi phải thừa nhận rằng chúng thật sự rất ngon miệng. Bữa sáng buffet đa dạng và phong phú, đảm bảo đầy đủ dinh dưỡng cho người ăn kiêng và cho những người ưa ăn uống. Hotel staff are very enthusiastic and welcoming. Lots of trees, cool, fresh air, nice warm water swimming pool, clean room, delicious breakfast. The minus point is that the swimming pool has steps but it is difficult to see, so I tripped quite painfully, the toilet is designed to not drain water!

The resort is very sorry that the design of the steps at the swimming pool and the design of the toilet caused inconvenience to her. This is a small detail that makes her and her family not really satisfied with the resort. However, this is only a very small detail compared to the wonderful service experiences of her and her family brought from the staff, service facilities and landscape space of the resort.
