Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location—right in a busy shopping area but still peaceful inside. Clean, comfortable, great service and breakfast. The 2-bedroom was perfect for our family. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for our last night in HCMC. Will definitely stay again—highly recommend!

Excellent hotel. Best location and services.

The hotel was very professional. They sent me arrival information on where the grab cab should drop me off and a staff member met me at the entrance despite being very busy at the shop entrance. The hotel itself was narrow with an average lobby. They were nice to give us a room upgrade butvthe added tub made the room feel tight. Pool was spacious with an amazing view of the high rises in central ho chi minh and the gym was connected via the shop to a public well equipped gym. Would stay again for the convenience.

A very nice hotel with a great pool and even better gym. The central location was very walkable, despite HCMC being a rather large city. There were tons of shopping, dining & sightseeing options nearby.

Lovely, modern property with very friendly and efficient staff. Short walk to most sites and an abundance of restaurants and bars nearby. There’s only 2 lifts for the whole hotel which means you can wait a while for one.

Great hotel. Location is unbeatable, with a convenient shopping mall downstairs and not far from popular areas in the city. The hotel itself is great. Very modern and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Amazing swimming pool.

A great hotel to stay at. The interior of the hotel has been carefully designed from mood lighting to the quality of the doors. The hotel is based within the Saigon Centre shopping mall, but once inside you would not even know you’re within a mall. The rooftop pool is amazing also with great views of the city

Zero complaints. Phenomenal city hotel for a stay in HCMC. We had the best time here — beautiful and spacious rooms, amazing facilities (pool and gym) and unbeatable location. Couldn’t recommend Fusion enough! Wonderful experience.

I stayed at Fusion Original Saigon Centre recently, and I was shocked by how poorly it lived up to its 5-star reputation. If you're considering this hotel, think twice—my experience was far from luxurious. 1. **Insects in the Room**: I found insects in my room, which was an incredibly unpleasant and unacceptable experience. While the hotel arranged pest control after I complained, this should never have happened in a high-end property. 2. **Faulty Amenities**: The iron provided by the hotel ruined my shirt beyond repair. When I brought this up to the staff, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility or offer compensation. 3. **Terrible Customer Service**: The way the management handled my issues was completely unprofessional. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Even after following up, I received no meaningful resolution or apology. This hotel may look appealing with its central location and modern design, but don’t be fooled. The lack of cleanliness, poorly maintained amenities, and unresponsive service make it a terrible choice. As someone who travels often and is usually easygoing, I’ve never felt the need to write a negative review before. This experience, however, was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. Save yours
