This hotel is conveniently located near the market, but bus 16 cannot enter because the road is small. The view is nice, the room is spacious, feels a bit damp because it's a bit old, but it's acceptable, the staff is cheerful, not too wow but okay.

The experience at this hotel is really bad
I stayed for 3 days in the Premier Deluxe room
I paid the room fee in full, but the receptionist called me down and said I hadn't paid yet?
It's really unprofessional, insulting the honor of the customer, no money, no payment, why would someone come to stay
Secondly, renting a car, giving the customer the number of the person renting the car and telling them to call themselves, the person bringing the car said 100k a day
The hotel staff came out and said, like if the staff called, it had to go through the hotel as an intermediary
Then the hotel took 150k a day while I was the one calling the person renting the car and saying 100k
The customer is king, there's always a next time, doing this only once and never again?

The hotel should pay more attention to hygiene. There are spider webs in the bathroom, so put mothballs in the closet. Clean the blankets and sheets. I was a little disappointed when I checked in. But I told the receptionist to change the sheets. Everything else is ok.

Fine. The room is clean, complete, has a fan, but the furniture is also old, the shower has no glass door so the floor is wet. The alley leading to the house is often jammed with traffic.

Khách sạn cách âm rất kém. Buổi tối thì nghe hàng xóm karaoke cả đêm. Ban ngày thì mới 6:00 sáng đã nghe phòng kế bên đập cửa gọi nhau ầm ầm. Cơ sở vật chất ở mức cơ bản. Bên cạnh khách sạn còn có một khách sạn khác đang xây dựng. Cũng may ngày mình ở họ không làm việc, chứ nếu có làm việc không biết sẽ ồn cỡ nào.

Everyone should be careful when parking or leaving things, but don't expect the hotel's Camera, show the whole camera screen, but lose the hat thanks to checking the cam, it will be damaged (I'm sorry for waiting for 1 hour to report it's damaged). ) staff attitude like just going to work, talking nonsense, don't know who took it but poured it on this customer, then I wanted to talk to the manager, the employee replied "Why should I do that" ? Wait until the next episode to tell the manager about it. And the manager said he would check something, wait for the customer to come back to see if he got it, he will call back the next day, it's been a week now and he's still silent. I don't regret losing my hat, but the problem-solving attitude is very "strange", the story of "bad oranges" often seen in cafes now comes to luxury hotels, maybe the hotel itself wants to cover for it. customer "missed" to take :))
