Everything ok only minus 1 point. Do not know which side of this point is the error. When registering on the app, I selected the special request: check out time 18:00. And there is no change, price or fee required. I also know that the hotel check out time is 12:00. But I chose a special request in the app's selection, the hotel will know by default and the app will also note that point. And when I arrived at the hotel, I repeated that, the hotel did not pay attention, and told me to check it again. Then notice me a 500k surcharge. For me, the surcharge is ok, because the default check out time is 12 o'clock. But if you have a special request, you should change the price or something when I choose, or the hotel or app will contact me again about the surcharge or other. That special request section is set to play or if the guest has chosen it, neither side will notice. A few suggestions to the hotel. Thanks

My room is better than the price! But the air conditioner is broken, the soundproof is not good, noisy
