The rooms were spotless and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality. We found the pricing to be very reasonable for both the stay and the food and drinks offered. A special thank you to Ame and Luna for their outstanding assistance—they were incredibly helpful with all our inquiries!

Wow! What a gem!!! Beautiful hotel! Fantastic staff, Kathy and Anne really made us feel like VIPs, catering to every ask. Beautiful rooms, just like the pictures, excellent pools (2). Great food. Transportation to the old quarter was included which made it even more enjoyable and money saving experience. Breakfast was included.
Can’t say enough about how great this hotel way and how much we enjoyed our stay!

We had an incredible stay at the Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel in Hoi An. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit.
A special thank you to Ame, the Guest Services Manager, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. She made sure every detail of our stay was perfect and gave us great local tips to enhance our visit.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. We loved the comfortable bed and the modern amenities—it really felt like a luxurious retreat.
Breakfast each morning was fantastic with a wide selection of fresh, delicious options catering to all tastes.
On our departure, Koi, our driver, made our journey to the airport smooth and stress-free. He was punctual, professional, and very kind—a wonderful end to a great trip.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was amazing,luxurious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ame for the extra friendly service, it really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our six-year-old daughter loved the play area in the restaurant, which gave us the chance to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. A truly refreshing and memorable stay.

Overall, this property was great, but it does feel a bit on the older side. I noticed a smell coming from the vent when the AC was turned on, and one night, I had to leave the balcony door open. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The staff could be a bit more attentive—less time on personal phones during check-in would improve the experience. That said, for the price and convenience, the hotel isn’t a bad choice.

My stay was excellent from the moment I stepped foot into the property. Kathy and Jessi were amazing VIP hosts! They took care of every detail I needed and were so attentive to our group of 7.
I also had several spa services onsite and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is really nice and new. Jay at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful when we had questions. Thank you Jay for making our experiences GREAT! THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS EXCELLENT! The best breakfast buffet we had so far from the other two places we stayed at. The restaurant food in the hotel was AMAZING! We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant our last 2 days after finding out the food in the restaurant tasted WAY BETTER than outside food. All the staff is very helpful and try their best to understand. We brought some fruits from outside to the lobby and the staff was so nice by offering to cut and bring the fruits to us. Hoi An night market is 14 mins drive and the Hoi An old town is only 7 mins from the hotel. The hotel offers shuttle ride to and from Hoi An old town at no cost. I wish the property was bigger and have more things to do after 9pm. After 9pm the place is very quiet. Overall 9.5!!! Love it!

A first rate hotel, both lovely and comfortable. Excellent dining options and the best breakfast we had in Vietnam. Enjoyed the spa treatments. Very good service from all.
A half hour walk (or hotel shuttle ride) to either the beach or the old city. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel and the rice paddies

Hi this was excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and always there to help. When we arrived we were greeted by Jay and his team and they went out there way to make comfortable arranged travel arrangements for us booked restaurants and also organised Taxis. Breakfast was good and a special vegetarian menu if you are vegetarian. Nancy was excellent as well she always looked after us well.
I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. Spa was excellent as well.
