The hotel is just opposite My Khe Beach, receptionist are friendly and able to communicate with English. Free Airport shuttle pick up service only twice a day which is 10.30am and 3.30pm and required to reserve upfront. Breakfast buffet is good and pretty much variety of food are available. Room is clean and hygiene but disappointed is not directly face the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Haian in Danang. Great location right across from the beach where you can rent an umbrella and chairs. The rooftop pool and bar at the hotel are incredible and the bartenders were so attentive and kind. We didn't even realize breakfast was included which was such a nice treat! It was a delicious buffet at the gorgeous restaurant overlooking the sea. We will definitely be back!

Hotel is right opposite the beach and promenade, great for a stroll or dip in the water. The view from our room was beautiful as we watched the sun rise over the beach.
Roof top pool was great, well serviced with open bar and light food.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was in a great location, room was lovely, breakfast was delicious. We absolutely loved the service we received at the pool, everyone was amazing there but Công was exceptional. He went above and beyond everyday.

I recommend this hotel to all travelers to Da Nang. The hotel is right on the beach, and you can see the beautiful view from the rooftop, which is also where the bar and swimming pool are located. The buffet-style breakfast is also a plus, and they even provide an afternoon snack bar from 2 to 4 p.m. every day. The staff is friendly, and the room is very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is very good. We loved the international buffet breakfast! Great food selection, tasty dishes, The spa and massage was also excellent. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff were attentive and always greeted you with a smile. The pool and rooftop bar were a great place to relax in the afternoon heat and the hotel’s location across from the beach made walking around very easy.

We loved our experience at HAIAN beach hotel and spa. The staff were very detail oriented and were quick to answer any questions. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, looked forward to it every morning. During our stay, the safe in one of our rooms was stuck and would not open and the staff came to fix it right away. Rooms were taken care of everyday other than one night and the staff quickly came to follow up if we needed any amenities or towels in our rooms, very nice touch.
My only critique would be that the air freshener pumped into the halls was quite overwhelming and too strong.
