This is a beautiful hotel in the Old Quarter. All the staff at the hotel are exceptional - so friendly, polite & helpful. The concerts helped us arrange amazing day tours to Ninh Binh & to Halong Bay. Delicious buffet breakfast, with eggs cooked to order. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Austin at the desk helped arrange the most spectacular trip to HaLong Bay and guided us to spots within the city as well. Small well maintained Botique hotel that cares.

We stayed at Hotel Lion at the end of a 3 week tour of Vietnam. After staying in half a dozen other hotels, this one was by far the best. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The actual hotel was just renovated. And the area was absolutely perfect. Just a block from train street and so many fantastic food places. The breakfast was pretty good, but the beef pho was our favorite! All around great price for everything you get. If we ever come back to Hanoi, we are staying here again!
