Outside of busy Hoi A which was a great place to relax after our day. We really appreciated the whole set up with spa, happy hour, pool. Very zen and comfortable!

The service at the Eco Lodge is exceptional! It’s so personal and responsive, we felt well cared for. Our family stayed for a week, and it was in a location perfect for us. A quick Grab to town as needed, or scooter rental nearby. Away enough from town that we could enjoy the quiet as needed.

The breakfast was excellent each morning. I stayed five days and they would vary the menu each day, taking about four days to repeat All of the staff did an excellent job, they were vary professional. I had an ocean facing suite and it's layout was awesome.

I recently stayed here for 6 nights and was very impressed with the service and room. All staff here and especially Nguyent were very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Water, transport, spa services, etc. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa for helping to make my first visit to Vietnam so special. The location is close to some restaurants and mini marts but is more set in a local community. Getting a Grab to take you wherever is easy. Absolutely felt safe as a solo female traveler.

Quiet and not much in the location but perfect place to stay and relax. Spa services were great and friendly staff, decent breakfast and bar with happy hour available. Had afternoon tea which was lovely. Pools are great - everything was clean!

We booked the best room 10 months in advance at about $120 Aud a night for 5 nights and booked the best option the club suit.
I did my research and this looked like a great high lvl place but could be better.
Service was good, staff friendly, food good, cocktails great and strong a great way to start the night.
Rooms 7/10. Bed 5/10 hard. Service 9/10
Free shuttle bus service to ancient toen and beach 9/10 they need more times though.
Communication on w /app or sms and oversll 10/10.
Room service & laundry 9/10 and very fair price per kilo and fast 1 day return was great. .
I would recommend the mid or low priced rooms in the main building. IMO Dont waist your money on the more Xc rooms. For some reason offered to show us they rooms in main building at a lowe rate and we declined as we wanted the size of the club sweet with large balcony and bath lake view. Rooms in the main building would be better choice imo at mid to low lvl price structures they offer. The club suits need Tlc and the beds are hard AF.. my mrs dint get a good nights sleep in 5 nights on the hard bed.
Limited service in club sweet area fyi but very quiet as i like it.
That said this eco lodge is a good option for the open minded and mid to low budget priced traveler.
Be sure to try a cocktail lol.

We only stayed a night in Hoi An but would have been happy for a longer stay at this great little hotel. The hotel is new, in a very attractive setting, and everything works well. Rooms are spacious and well designed and the complimentary breakfast is top notch. The hotel runs a regular shuttle bus that gets you to and from ancient Hoi An in minutes.

We loved everything about Hoi An Ecolodge. We were there for 3 nights to relax after a stressful couple of months, and it didnt disappoint. The location was perfect for us; it's a little way out of town, but it's a cheap Grab ride and the hotel also has a shuttle bus.
Breakfast, which is served in the lagoon-side restaurant, was very good indeed. Great selection of western and Asian food options. The noodles were lovely! Delicious, different fresh juices every day, which included pennywort one day and beetroot on another. We ate one evening in the restaurant and can recommend the seafood clay pot, tiger prawns in tamarind sauce and morning glory. All delicious and reasonably priced.
All fhe staff were polite and friendly, but Ngoc in the restaurant was outstanding - super efficient and very friendly.
We will definitely stay at the Ecolodge again next time we're in Hoi An.

It was ok. The service was so so , check in was good but thereafter it was pretty bland - it just didn't have that welcoming nor friendly vibe.
Location was not as good as I thought ; i felt a bit isolated. Even though there was a shuttle to and from Hoi An and the beach, times did not always works so we paid for taxis. It wasn’t a hotel where you could walk out or down the road to eat or see something
Yes it’s peace and quiet but come 7am all the noise starts - people walking by, doors slamming , housekeeping. I’m normally a deep sleeper and being on holiday I would like a lie in and relax but i found I was woken early by this.
It was an OK hotel and im glad I only stayed 3ngts.
I wouldnt choose this hotel again.

Fantastic staff, the manager was lovely and helpful as were all of the staff. Couldn’t have asked for friendlier staff. The pools were fantastic and the rooms to a very high standard. We enjoyed a grand deluxe room and this was outstanding, clean cool and well maintained. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at Hoi An Eco Lodge for 2 nights in the Club Area.
Pros: it is situated in a very quiet private area out of town. You can experience all the sounds and smells of nature. Grounds are beautiful and they use local produce
Our room had beautiful large private deck with bathtub and two large lounge chairs. Somehow we lucked out with the premium suite at no extra charge!
Staff we very friendly, especially Bich Phoc (?) in the club area. Any issues we had we fixed very quickly!

Seating by club and main pool is limited
Buffet breakfast was good but smaller selection than most hotels
There is a lot to do and see in Hoi An, and the shuttle service is limited 930am, next is not until 2pm! Luckily Grab (like Uber) is very cheap in Vietnam
