Beautiful hotel in one of the most scenic place in northern Vietnam.European looking building with elegant interior design.Wait till you see the pool.The most amazing part of this hotel are the staff.They’re one of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever met.Thank you for making our stay one of the most memorable vacation we had.

Amazing hotel all around! The location can't be beat, with the Sapa Station in the building, and everything is within walking distance including shopping and plenty of restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Best of all, it is an absolutely gorgeous building and our room was stunning. We would absolutely recommend this place and will gladly stay again - we didn't want to leave!

This is an amazing hotel in an amazing location - the Rooftop bar absolutely needs to be experienced. Everything here was perfect, except for the level of attention in our room. Some items weren't replaced daily and my CPAP machine was never put back in place each time the bed was made or turned down. Little things I know, but when you're paying to stay at the best hotel in Sapa...

The hotel room and facilities are in impeccable condition. The breakfast is amazing. We had dinner at Chick restaurant, and the food was 10/10. Even our picky parents loved the food and service. We will definitely come back if we visit Sapa.

Everything about the property is stunning. If you can splurge for a suite, the views are ever changing with the weather and mesmerizing. My photos of the spooky fog that rolled in are some of my favorites.

Really interesting esthetic. Rooms are amazing and staff was very helpful. If you are in your room be sure to light "Do Not Disturb" or they will ring you fairly frequently to check if you need anything. No complaints at all.

Originally booked a night but after seeing the facilities and beauty of this hotel we added extra night. Everything at this hotel was without a fault. The biggest wow was the pool area and stunning views from balcony and top floor. The customer service exceeded our expectations. We were allowed to use the pool area and showers as we have arrived very early at 6am, despite checking time at 2pm. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Staffs are great, helpful and welcoming. Great location to Fansipan. Beautiful interior decoration (French decorated). Bar foods are excellent but quite expensive.

This was my second stay as I was here a year ago too. Slightly disappointed with the feeling that the place is insufficiently loved and cared for. There was dust in the areas hardly used but great for photos. We looked at every nook and cranny of this amazingly gorgeous property. The staff were cold and business like, so different from the previous property we stayed at before our trekking trip away. They seem to know they have a special property and instead of laying thick the feeling of hospitality, there was almost disdain and pride in the manner of services from the front desk to the breakfast room. The breakfast however, is simply outstanding and a class above anything else. It was Easter weekend and they truly to the theme to heart. As we celebrate, we were especially grateful by the special touches. Rooms feel small and not brightly lit at all. The pool area is always the most gorgeous in the property, but it is ashame the terrace outside overlooking the mountains was neglected and dusty.

This is most definitely a 5 star hotel stay!! The staff is incredible they go above and beyond on every level. From front desk reception restaurant service and housekeeping! Honestly I have been all over Europe France Spain and Italy Portugal New Zealand Australia and have stayed at many so called 5 star hotels and have never experienced the level of care and hospitality that I was given at this 10 star hotel.

Excellent hotel with amazing French architecture, wonderful breakfast buffet with dozens of choices (eggs benedict were supurb), clean, and top notch service.

It was an amazing experience staying here and was an overall highlight to our stay in Vietnam. The property is beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. They got us to the train & cable car station asap and we were off to the adventure at Fanispan. I was so impressed with the lobby upon arrival that I immediately asked to be upgraded to a suite. This is a must stay when in Sapa.

Loved the hotel, the breakfast is superb n the coffee shop.excellent customer service and the location is at the back of sunplaza, lots of restaurants n shops.the only thing i didnt like is the smell whenever you take a shower or wet the floor, it smells so bad something urea smell.i hav my lysol air freshener all the time so it kinda purifies the air n smell

Stunning property, loved the theme and architecture. We had their buffet breakfast, highly recommended. Had issue with the refrigerator, took couple of days to fix.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Sapa. I can’t say enough about this hotel, the food the staff and our room was amazing. Turkey a 5 star hotel.
