The hotel is near the center, near the beach, very clean. Everything very good, the price is also reasonable. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic.

The room was spacious and clean, although one of the towels had a torn edge. The receptionist was very enthusiastic in checking me in and paid attention to the requests I noted when booking to choose a satisfactory room for me. However, the air conditioner in this room and the last time I stayed were both very cold even though I tried to adjust it in many ways and the soundproofing was not very good. Overall, I am still very satisfied with this hotel, especially the enthusiasm of the staff, so I will book again for my next stay.

Rooms and facilities are good, spacious rooms, pleasant comfort. Friendly staff, very clean room. From the hotel, it is very close to the sea, close to delicious restaurants and night markets. Breakfast buffet has quite a few dishes, good taste. The dining space is a bit dark

This is just a nice budget hotel not many English speaking staff. tour desk, wasn’t one was just given a brochure in Vietnamese from front desk. very little information in room about hotel ie spa gym and room service had to find out yourself. But nice and central

Very good value for money. The rooms are not huge but great for me. The view is incredible. Staff nice and helpful and always have an English speaking staff member on the front desk.

This is a nice IBIS. Looks very new. Super clean. Rooms are big. I had a nice view. Spacious. Walking distance to beach, coffee shops and restautants. Staff are very nice.

Ibis Styles was a comfortable, well located property with courteous staff. The amenities in the room could have provided greater range (coffee and teas, etc) and they were not refilled after the first day.
Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay.

Location : centrally located, just opposite Galina Hotel & Spa (can get a mud bath in the city without travelling out)
Check in/ front counter: services was fast, no hassle, good command of English & Mandarin (unsure of Russian)
Bed was a bit smaller compared to some other 4 stars hotel
Breakfast was decent, can explore more of Vietnamese food (one of the main reason why we travel to Vietnam instead of other countries)
Equipped with Sauna, steam room, swimming pool (infinity)
Cons: noise insulation was poor (the trademark of Vietnam - the honking) woke us up every morning and due to late at night
Overall 4 stars

This is an extremely modern and clean hotel. It has all the amenities of a high end hotel in the United States at affordable South-Eastern Asia prices. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The area is a short walk from the beach and within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants.
