We were pleasantly surprised from the very start. Check-in was seamless and it took less than two minutes to receive our room key. The concierge personally escorted us upstairs, and we were welcomed by a perfectly cooled room. The ambiance was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary fruits and chilled drinks in the fridge.
A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily at 3 pm, while breakfast offered an impressive variety that we truly enjoyed.
Overall, we are thoroughly impressed by the quality and service delivered by this underrated boutique hotel in HCMC. We will definitely return for our next trip.

New hotel with great decoration and hospitality. Feel like 5 star hotel! All staffs are very friendly. The place close to main tourist attraction in Ho Chi Minh City. Obviously pleasant stay here and definitely will come back!

We really like the close proximity to almost everywhere. The room though small, it is sufficient for my short trip with a small luggage. Toilet is really clean and comfortable.
Only 1 improvement on the communication. Staff mentioned that everything in the fridge was complementary. We saw the price tag on the wine which wasnt in the fridge but the vodka was not priced and it was in the fridge and hence we thought it was complementary as well. I

My family of 3 stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a nice comfortable hotel in the middle of Saigon with so easy access to everywhere. The front desk personnel was so nice, I believe his name was Duong or Vuong he went above his professional to help me with things that I was having difficulty ordering from another region in Vn that I couldn't be able to receive on time. He went to the post office to pick up the items and send handed to me. I was beyond thrilled about what he had done. The room was cleaned and very updated amenities, we loved the late afternoon teatime they served it was excellent. We will stay there again next time we are in Saigon again.

Nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff, easy fast check in and check out, nice food and rooms although not having a window had comfy beds and nice and dark and quiet for a good sleep. No family rooms so we booked two adjacent instead. Only downside is the pool area is a little unsafe with slippery tiles and steps.

Well located. Pool was nice but very tiny
Room was fine. Standard for a room in a big city. A bit small but has everything we needed. Free water and soda daily was a nice touch. As was the afternoon tea.

The room was clean, which was appreciated. However, there was renovation work going on right next to our room, making the stay quite unpleasant due to the noise. It would have been better if we had been informed in advance or assigned a different room. This really affected the overall experience.

Quiet, clean room on 5th floor with a window but no view but didn’t expect this, it had good natural light. Nice firm comfy bed and decent bathroom and shower just bit awkward getting behind the door to access the toilet. Free room mini bar was included consisted of soft drinks and beer, wine extra but it was a nice gesture. Also some credit we could use at the sky bar along with free afternoon tea each day but only used once sandwich, fruit and cake plus tea or coffee. Didn’t use the pool as not any sun loungers but looked decent enough. We loved the sky bar it had such a good atmosphere and lovely quality cocktails. Often had offers and 2 for 1 on drinks which is again a really nice gesture and the bar staff were good. Only thing we felt needed slight improvement were the staff in the Cham restaurant, it was not busy at all but staff did not pay attention or checking if we wanted more drinks etc, the food was quite nice we had soft shell crab and fish in a pot. Overall this was a great choice hotel in a great location in D1, all reception staff were kind and very helpful.
