We were pleasantly surprised from the very start. Check-in was seamless and it took less than two minutes to receive our room key. The concierge personally escorted us upstairs, and we were welcomed by a perfectly cooled room. The ambiance was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary fruits and chilled drinks in the fridge.
A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily at 3 pm, while breakfast offered an impressive variety that we truly enjoyed.
Overall, we are thoroughly impressed by the quality and service delivered by this underrated boutique hotel in HCMC. We will definitely return for our next trip.

New hotel with great decoration and hospitality. Feel like 5 star hotel! All staffs are very friendly. The place close to main tourist attraction in Ho Chi Minh City. Obviously pleasant stay here and definitely will come back!

I had a wonderful time. Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms with lots of amenities (fruit, drinks). Definitely staying again.
I was too busy to use the gym, as it closes at 8 pm. Perhaps leaving it open a bit later would be nice. (24 hour would be great), please consider it. Also the handle of the shower falls off, not a big problem as you can still use it, but please fix it.

Boutique hotel that has everything including pool, bar, restaurants as well as offering free breakfast and afternoon tea. Location conveniently located at district 1 and nearby opera house and japan street, vincom centre etc. Room decent, clean and spacious enough. Friendly staff will attend to your request including me checking in late and hotel kindly let me check out 2 hrs later after my 2 night stay. Thanks.

We really like the close proximity to almost everywhere. The room though small, it is sufficient for my short trip with a small luggage. Toilet is really clean and comfortable.
Only 1 improvement on the communication. Staff mentioned that everything in the fridge was complementary. We saw the price tag on the wine which wasnt in the fridge but the vodka was not priced and it was in the fridge and hence we thought it was complementary as well. I

My family of 3 stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a nice comfortable hotel in the middle of Saigon with so easy access to everywhere. The front desk personnel was so nice, I believe his name was Duong or Vuong he went above his professional to help me with things that I was having difficulty ordering from another region in Vn that I couldn't be able to receive on time. He went to the post office to pick up the items and send handed to me. I was beyond thrilled about what he had done. The room was cleaned and very updated amenities, we loved the late afternoon teatime they served it was excellent. We will stay there again next time we are in Saigon again.

Nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff, easy fast check in and check out, nice food and rooms although not having a window had comfy beds and nice and dark and quiet for a good sleep. No family rooms so we booked two adjacent instead. Only downside is the pool area is a little unsafe with slippery tiles and steps.

Well located. Pool was nice but very tiny
Room was fine. Standard for a room in a big city. A bit small but has everything we needed. Free water and soda daily was a nice touch. As was the afternoon tea.

The room was clean, which was appreciated. However, there was renovation work going on right next to our room, making the stay quite unpleasant due to the noise. It would have been better if we had been informed in advance or assigned a different room. This really affected the overall experience.
