The views from both the rooms and restaurants are breathtaking, adding significantly to the hotel's charm. The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped, while the breakfast is not only delicious but also carefully curated. The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The restaurants and bar offer great dining choices, and the two gyms and pools provide plenty of space to stay active during your stay.
The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip.

Really nice breakfast, great gym. The elevators are annoying with a very long first elevator to get to the lobby/checkin followed by another elevator which takes you to your room. The upside is that the room is exceptionally quiet.

So lovely. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed, but I will certainly miss the kind attentiveness from all the staff. Very sleek , very modern stylish and clean. The 7th floor gym is incredible.

The facility is amazing It is 72 floors ! View is breathtaking The staffs were very attentive It’s a bit away from the old quarters but I don’t think you can actually walk anywhere in Hanoi Definitely one of my best hotel stays ever

a bit far from everything. But Grab was very convenient to use in Hanoi, so, it can be compromised. hotel itself is excellent. our package included daily bf & dinner. dinner buffet on the first night was incredible. set menu dinner on the second night had only 1 choice. i just imagined if someone had allergy of main course…. i loved their selection of tea, Epicurean, local tea brand. Staff were very friendly and efficient. View from the room was superb!!
