staff is amazing and helpful. facilities are well maintained. this hotel is kid-friendly. my family enjoyed watching fireworks at the balcony every night.

It’s not what I expected

Cant fault it very welcoming felt special as staff very attentive they even sent a cake to room for my husbands 60th.

Great and convenient area, I didn’t know the room would include the tickets to the Symphony of the Sea, and my room facing directly to enjoy the daily fireworks is such a charm.

The staff were excellent - and the restaurant hostess Bich stands out as excellent. She greeted my wife and I each morning for breakfast and sometimes was in the restaurant at night. Bich made us feel at home and we probably would return here just because of her, but everything is excellent here. Even housekeeping was super efficient and I liked that they cleaned our room as soon as we left in the morning. Breakfasts are superb too. My only complaint is that 1 million Dong per night deposit is quite a large amount for a 5-star hotel. Is that really necessary? I stay in 5-star hotels in Thailand and Cambodia and never have been asked for a deposit. This surprised me. Surely the clientele that come to a 5-star hotel do not require such large deposits?

everything was great! just a lot of noise because of the daily fireworks! it's tiring.. no peace and privacy. in the rooms until late in the evening you can hear the roar of music from the neighboring bars, if you need peace and privacy, this is definitely not the place for you!

Beautiful hotel located within sunset town. Easy walkable to the main attractions.

We had a wonderful view with a balcony. From our window we could see the fireworks every night and every show from our room. We didn’t feel the need to go and pay for tickets for them (although I’m sure the experience would be entirely different up close with all the performers). Staff was extremely nice and for the most part very fluent in English. Service is excellent and was slower than the main land but in a good way - it gave us time to unwind and relax and enjoy the moments we had there. The room and everything is brand new for us. I believe we came during a soft open because not everything was open. The beach club was not open yet nor the lower pools and the upper terrace cafe (6th floor). Apart from that we only wish you were able to swim at the beach. I’m unsure if the current is too strong or that they didn’t staff a lifeguard yet. The town “Sunset Town” is very charming and I believe it needs a few more years to catch up to the same development to Grand World but it’s getting there. Head to the night market there because it’s very nice

The new hotel staff is fantastic, they are both beautiful and helpful. Close to everything the hotel is only a year old so everything well maintain and luxurious.

Staff is extremely nice, specially Mr. Toan , he has made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable! Thank you Toan again for an excellent service!!!

The stay at sunset town was amazing

I booked 2 Ocean View rooms but there are not Ocean View at all. The rooms foce to other building and we saw the roofs only. Guests book this Hotel have to be careful at this point and make sure what we pay and what we get. IT’S NOT OCEAN VIEW AT ALL. The Staffs at Lobby and house keeping are helpful and nice but the staff at swimming pool is not really helpful and not nice because after we swimming we need towels he asked us have to bring the towels back the swimming pool and sign the name for taking towels Is it the five star Hotel SPECIAL service at LA FESTA PHU QUOC.

This hotel don’t have internet connection to TV . Internet is so weak … breakfast is too poor .. it is not worth for the money

The hotel is very stylish and beautiful. The staff I met were very friendly. Comfortable room, good sleep! Everything was fine except for an accident. At 8:30 in the morning, someone rang our doorbell and knocked on the door. Then there was a sound from the door of the connecting room next door. Walked to the next room and found that the hotel staff was repairing it….. It's a pity that our sleep was interrupted and can't continue! However, the hotel staff immediately stopped the operation after we discovered the error. The front desk staff also expressed great apologies. Also treated us to a cake in a beautiful location when we checked out. Although this incident is a pity, it did not affect our pleasant stay experience. We r still very grateful to every staff member we met during the stay for providing us with professional assistance. Thanks!
