I had a great time staying at this hotel. I don't usually leave reviews but this one is a must! I have stayed at other hotels before but Lavague definitely gave me one of the best memories. I definitely feel more like home compared to other hotels. The room was very clean & well touched with a nice view of the ocean. The price is unbeatable for a nice ocean view room. If I was to stay at other hotels, I would usually have to pay 2x more for the same ocean view room. Their management & customer service team were super helpful, caring & professional during my stay. Gave me lot of suggestions for newer and cool places to hang out in the city. I would definitely come back again. If you are on a fence of booking this hotel over others, go ahead and book it! You will love it like how I did.

Nice view. You should rent a room with a sea view. The room is cheap, beautiful, clean, and cleaned regularly. The staff is super friendly, always asks about guests, and recommends many places to eat and play. I will come back here next time 💗💕

Poor soundproofing, room is only cleaned upon request so not as expected! Friendly and enthusiastic receptionist! The hotel does not have a spa, I booked a gift voucher with the hotel but was not refunded. Please note before booking a room with a gift voucher.

I just accidentally searched for the hotel on the app but everything really exceeded my expectations, especially I really like the service attitude of the hotel staff, enthusiastic, always supporting customers, also supporting booking airport shuttle, what I like most is that I just stopped in front of the hotel and there was a staff on the street to carry my suitcase and bring it to the room, the experience exceeded my expectations, if you come to Nha Trang, you can refer to this hotel. Soundproofing is very poor, karaoke is loud at night. Location is far from the center, no shops around. Empty. Room is clean and airy. Small toilet, water is not clogged but each time it is flushed it does not drain completely, have to flush 2-3 times. The hotel is crowded but the elevator is small, each time taking the elevator it takes a long time to wait, staff and guests use the same elevator. Small restaurant, too small for the number of rooms. In the morning, I had to wait from 7:30 to 8:30 to sit at the table for breakfast. Having a small child, the purpose of having breakfast at the hotel is convenient, but having to wait is very inconvenient. Some guests even have to fight for a seat. Oh my god, it's too bad for a 4-star hotel. Missed my morning plans. All the staff are cute. The staff were very enthusiastic and quick in helping me resolve the problem, but my experience at the hotel was very unpleasant.

The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful. I asked the staff about restaurants and received many suggestions. The service is very good and has full amenities. However, if the dressing table had more lights, it would be even better. In the bathroom, the glass window looks straight at the house under construction, so it is not very safe.
