Soundproofing is not very good, shampoo and shower gel need to be upgraded a bit. Staff is attentive and professional, food is delicious, can see the city from above. A great experience

The hotel is quite comfortable, the room is small but the view is nice, the swimming pool is very cool, the breakfast is okay, there is a little problem with the hallway lights being a bit dim so it is not bright and the hotel's cleaning needs to be taken care of more carefully. Worth experiencing and coming back.

The rooms are clean and luxurious. The infinity pool is very beautiful! The receptionists and housekeeping staff are friendly and cheerful. Thank you Tuan Customer Care for taking such good care of me during this vacation.

This place is by far the nicest place to stay in HCMC. When you walk in you know right away this is a nice place. The staff were great and very friendly. If you are coming to HCMC this has to be at the top of your list

War sicherlich mal eine super Unterkunft.
Man kann von der Unterkunft super tolle Fotos machen (instagramable) aber im Alltag gibt es doch einige Nachteile.
Badewanne in den Zimmern sieht super stylisch aus hat aber keine Halterung für einen Duschkopf und auch keinen Duschvorhang oder ähnliches. Man muss sich quasi im knien selbst abduschen. Sehr mühsam und alles andere als praktisch.
Fußböden aus Teppich = Fußpilz hurra!
Bei 280 Zimmern geht es beim Frühstück mehr als chaotisch zu. All inclusive Urlaub vibes.
Beim Pool fehlen doch recht viele Fließen. Sieht sehr unschön aus und man kann sich verletzen. Die wenigen Liegen sind bereits früh am morgen reserviert. Ansonsten toller Ort und schöne Aussicht.
Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Housekeeping klopft bereits um 08:00 Uhr an. Stellt also unbedingt auf „nicht stören“.
Ansonsten tolles Personal. Die Umgebung hat nicht sehr viel zu bieten. Alles in allem maximal ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

A great hotel to stay in while visiting Vietnam for the 1st time. The roof top infinity pool is amazing offering beautiful views of the city, day & night. The breakfast options were plentiful & you had many food items to choose from. Our room was on the 23rd floor with two double beds. Very spacious & comfortable. We did order room service and the staff is very accommodating & nice. I would stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel . The room was lovely , the staff helpful , friendly and attentive and the rooftop pool has fabulous views across the city . We had one minor issue which was dealt with promptly , professionally and to our satisfaction. We could not fault this hotel

Amazing 5 star hotel with the best view of the city. The rooftop pool is on level 27 and is absolutely amazing.
Catching a grab into the other districts is very easy too, but the distance is too far to walk to most of the tourist areas

Amazing Place so welcoming Staff was Amazing doing my stay I didn't have lift a Finger great location to my favorite spot Ben Nghe Food Street 5 Star in my Book The Rooftop Pool and Restaurant 🔥🔥🔥🔥 my only problem was on the checkout the receptionist had a picture of a towel on the floor and try to show us some stains on the towel as if it was our room to try to charge us an extra fee, not knowing we bring our own traveling towels so please be aware of this Trick besides that everything was A1

Overall it was a great hotel however the lifts took ages, it opened the faculties up to a lot of people who do not stay at the hotel. Hard to get a day bed by the pool, the pool tiles were all falling off and the pool edging was dirty and run down. The coffee served for breakfast was terrible and the machine kept breaking down. The iced coffees were disappointing. Could not fault the service and offerings at the seafood buffet, it was 10/10.
