I went from Saigon to Song Cau, PY, I searched on the traveloka app and only found this hotel with an okay price. The experience at the hotel was really good, everyone. I took the Cuc Tu bus, from Cuc Tu station in SC to the hotel, it cost 20k for a motorbike taxi. Room: I was on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator. The room was quite new, fully equipped with necessary amenities. There was a free kitchen for those who wanted to buy seafood to cook. Staff: cheerful, friendly, enthusiastic, and also helped me call a motorbike taxi from the hotel to Cuc Tu bus station. Other services in the hotel: I only had to pay for the room through the app, and services such as the kitchen and washing machine (for self-use) were free. On the 3rd floor, I saw a pantry for drinking coffee and having breakfast. Outside on the 3rd floor, there was a mountain view, the wind was cool and refreshing. I mainly went to enjoy seafood, I didn't need to take selfies in a fancy room, so I rated 5 stars because it met all my needs 😁😁 Oh, the hotel also supports motorbike rental, manual motorbike (Wave) 50k/day, automatic motorbike (AB) 200k, it seems that the motorbike rental has gas because I traveled around for 2 days, about 70-80km, which is enough for the gas tank in the motorbike. Eat seafood: I ate at Truc Hao restaurant, from the hotel by motorbike it was more than 21km, along the road there was a view of mountains on one side and the sea on the other side, beautiful everyone. Places to play: near SC market, about 9km to Nhat Tu Son, there is only a wooden bridge and the road to the island, the review and real photos are a bit virtual 🤣. Along the way, eat at Truc Hao, which is beautiful. There is also Xuan Dai Bay in SC, but I haven't been there yet, so I won't review it.

The location is ok, the room is neat and ok but there are too many mosquitoes and the facilities have gone down compared to the pictures shared on the app. The staff was a bit confused when asking to check in the room because they didn't know it was booked on the traveloka app...!!! I feel that with the price of 520k for 4 people, the experience here is quite good.

Our group went with 6 people and booked 2 rooms, but when we got there we were really disappointed. There is no receptionist but a cleaning staff member to guide check-in. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. The bed sheets are dirty, the water in the bathroom is very weak and there is no hair dryer. When there was a receptionist, the attitude was not very friendly.

The hotel is close to the center, convenient to move, the owner with a friendly receptionist. I went to work, so I didn't walk around much, but there is a very good lunch shop near the hotel.

Staff are not very friendly. The hotel works unprofessionally when the staff opens the guest room while guests are still in the room. At payment, still ask for money, even though prepayment is made via app. This is just a small misunderstanding but shows the unprofessionalism of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located to the attractions, friendly staff. temporary room was a bit bad source of water, recommended hotel check. The water is yellow and has an unpleasant odor.

The only advantage is that the hotel was quite new. However, it's just because of new, something seemed didn't work well. The lock of the bathroom was stuck when my wife locked it from inside, no way to open until I have the receptionist using their own key to open. There was no landline phone, I had to go downstair calling the receptionist if I needed something. No evelator, tv with no channel. Moreover, the receptionist charged me 20k per hour in the end because I checked-in sooner than 12 o'clock although they didn't warn me in advance.
