The room was old and dirty, especially the bathroom, the light switches and doorknobs, and the room smelled bad. The manager had a bad attitude, always blaming the new staff for not understanding the policy, arguing with the guest, saying that the staff was at fault for not informing them of the surcharge, calling the guest in the morning to inform them of the surcharge, but the guest did not agree, so they ended it with the sentence: You don't need to pay extra, if the staff is wrong, they will pay. The manager turned to the staff and said: "Tell that guy to pay". That is the hotel's internal matter, can you avoid saying that in front of the guest, it affects your mood at the hotel.

Great experience at Le Aqua Resort – A place to definitely come back to! 🌊🌴
Last weekend, I had the opportunity to stay at Le Aqua Resort and was really satisfied with everything here. The first impression was the staff – everyone was friendly, enthusiastic and always ready to support when I needed. From the time I checked in until I left, I felt like I was welcomed with all my heart.
The resort space is very cool, airy, the rooms are clean, tidy and fully equipped. The landscape is carefully cared for, there are many beautiful virtual living corners, so you can take pictures freely.
The biggest plus is the sea right next to it, the water is clear blue and the sand is clean and beautiful – very ideal for swimming or walking in the afternoon. My wife and I had a really relaxing and memorable time here.
Will definitely come back to Le Aqua Resort next time, and will also recommend it to friends if anyone wants to find a peaceful place to relax in Mui Ne. ❤️

I didn't pay attention and booked the Deluxe Room by mistake, so the room amenities weren't as I expected
I forgot something when checking out, even though it was crowded, the staff still helped me get it

The hotel is located near the sea, has a private beach, the room view is very beautiful towards the sea. There is a car park. However, vegetarian food is not focused on and there are separate options for vegetarian guests to choose from, the hotel should pay attention to this issue, because currently there are quite a lot of vegetarian guests.

Booked a room near the Hung Kings' death anniversary but still got a good price. Free upgrade from Deluxe to Studio. The space has lots of trees, is clean and airy. The breakfast buffet has many dishes and suits my taste. Overall, Le Aqua is worth coming back to.

I was upgraded to a spacious and comfortable Bungalow room at no additional charge. However, the room is big but the air conditioner is weak so the room is very hot, the toilet and the room is not airy so it smells. Staff are enthusiastic when handling guest requests, But since the hotel has been built for a long time, there are problems that cannot be solved in the end, probably the hotel should have a regular maintenance plan for the room and equipment. better. Buffet breakfast is very bad but this is the general situation of the restaurants in Mui Ne and Hon Straw. Overall, I am satisfied with this holiday.
