Le' VIVA Resort Mui Ne

The resort was clean and the staff were very helpful. Due to time constraints, I only stayed for one day, but I will return if I have the chance.

Located right by the beach, with enthusiastic beach cleanup staff ensuring the best possible experience for guests. Rooms are neat and clean. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast is varied.

There’s a sewer gas smell in the garden view room, and some mosquitos. The scent of the laundry detergent and fabric softener is a bit strong. Food is good.

The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and all services – rooms, pool, landscaping, and breakfast – were excellent (10/10). However, the staircase leading to the family room was dark and the carpet on the stairs smelled damp.

The experience was truly unsatisfactory. The rooms were old and had poor soundproofing. The bathroom leaked, smelled bad, and the room was very damp. The hotel needs improvement. I definitely wouldn't recommend this resort.

The staff were lovely and enthusiastic. The scenery was beautiful, the swimming pool was large, and there was a play area for children. The breakfast buffet wasn't really to our family's liking.

The grounds are beautiful, the service is attentive, the support services are quick and efficient, the furnishings are new, and the bedrooms are beautiful and spacious.

The reception staff were enthusiastic, and the electric cart drivers were equally dedicated, braving the sun and rain to pick up, drop off, and carry luggage. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely visit again next time.

There are few children's play areas, the breakfast options are limited, Huynh Thuc Khang road is still under construction so it's very dusty and full of potholes, the beach is average but the scenery is beautiful. Compared to other hotels in Mui Ne, Le Viva is a better choice in Mui Ne.

The rooms are fully equipped, and electric buggy transportation is available when needed.

I recently stayed here with my family and was truly disappointed with the resort's management: - Regarding check-in: Discrimination: My family has two young children, we arrived around 11:00 AM and requested assistance with early check-in. However, the resort completely ignored individual guests to prioritize group check-ins. While groups of dozens of people got rooms in just 20 minutes, my family had to wait until 2:15 PM. The way they worked was very unfair and showed no minimum priority for young children. - Regarding housekeeping: The daily room cleaning skills were very sloppy. Guests had to remind them to clean, and when they did, it was just a perfunctory job (changing linens instead of cleaning the room). This is unacceptable for a high-end resort. - The only bright spot: The security staff and electric buggy drivers received praise for their enthusiastic work. However, that's not enough to compensate for the poor customer service. I will not be returning here again.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Le Viva Mui Ne resort (April 25-27, 2026).

The staff were friendly, however, the soundproofing wasn't very good. You could hear the doors of the next room opening and closing, and because my family has a young child, the baby was startled several times 🥲. If the soundproofing had been better, this trip would have been much more enjoyable.
