Khách sạn nằm ở khu khá yên tĩnh. Phòng ốc tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng còn mới. Nhân viên cũng nhiệt tình hỏi mượn đồ cũng thoải mái Phòng mình ở không có cửa sổ nên cũng hơi bí. Phòng cách âm cũng không tốt lắm.

Phòng khá đẹp tuy nhiên vào hơi bé chút nhưng ok. Sạch sẽ thơm tho. Góp ý máy lạnh lắp đối diện nên ngủ bị thốc gió vào mặt phải quay đầu ngược lại. Cái giá để khăn phòng vệ sinh bị gãy không dùng được. Nhân viên nhiệt tình dễ thương. Xứng đáng xếp vào những điểm nên book

Lúc vào tôi để mũ bảo hiểm trên xe, nhân viên dắt xe tôi và đặt xuống đất làm trầy, tôi mua khá mắc tiền. Nhân viên chỉ có 1 người, hành lang các phòng tối tăm tôi phải tự đi mở đèn. Đầu tiên tôi nhận phòng trên lầu 5 song cửa chính không đóng lại được, xuống phòng lầu 4 thì cửa từ có vấn đề mỗi lần ra ngoài vô lại là cửa báo lỗi phải đứng đợi. Trong phòng đồng hồ hết pin, bàn trang điểm không có gương, tivi dùng cáp thường không có wifi, youtube, cơ chế tắt điện khi ra ngoài khiến phòng nóng khi trở về và tủ lạnh không hoạt động rất bất tiện. Ngoài ra thì giá khá đắt so với những nơi khác, tôi đi thứ 7, chủ nhật và chấp nhận giá đắt và tiền ở thêm giờ lại thêm giờ nhưng trải nghiệm không xứng với số tiền tôi bỏ ra. Tôi đi dạng nghỉ dưỡng ngắn cuối tuần mà tôi cảm thấy không thoải mái.

- Tôi nhận phòng ngày 29/4 nhưng chưa hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm (dù 30/4 tôi check out sớm trước 7g). Nhưng tôi cũng không đòi hỏi vấn đề này nhiều vì cơ bản cái đó phụ thuộc khách sạn (thực ra tôi thấy hôm đó không có khách). - Phòng tôi Lầu 5 trên cùng và máy lạnh sắp xếp không được khoa học và điện được duy trì bằng thẻ chìa của phòng nên máy lạnh không được chạy khi đi tôi ra ngoài - nóng, hầm. Nhưng cũng được Lễ tân hỗ trợ quạt. Do đó, mọi người kinh nghiệm đặt phòng VIP 2 giường đôi lớn thì yêu cầu lầu 4 trở xuống. - Rất không hài lòng và góp ý khách sạn vì Phòng không có nước uống miễn phí. 4 chai nước chỉ 40k với khách nhưng cảm giác KH không được vui.

Slightly degraded steam room. The bathroom drains very slowly, having to open the filter cap of the drainage hole to drain water, the hotel should clean the garbage in the drain cap more carefully.

Overall, the room is spacious, spacious, bright, nice view, fast elevator, relatively good car rental. There is only one reception, so sometimes it is not thoughtful. I am in a family so it is suitable for VIP Room 4, please have more support from the front desk. Fix: I stayed for 2 days but had no room cleaning and no free spring water.

I was on the 5th floor and the hotel allowed room 5 VIP to sing karaoke at 11:30 pm. Also no hot water in the shower. On checkout I paid the bill with a 500 000 vnd note and when given the change I did a quick check and it was ok. However at the bus station I realised that I had been given a completely worn out 200 000 vnd note which is unusable. It was the note given to me by the hotel. This was intentional not a mistake. So please be careful to check the quality of the change you receive.
