Parking, elevator. Spacious, beautiful, modern, cheap room. Room with glass door view to see the night view, beautiful sunset but the disadvantage is that it is super hot during the day.
Amenities: each room does not have a dryer, the electric kettle is dirty, dusty, rusty, the shower faucet can only be used with 1 faucet, the air conditioner is sometimes hot, sometimes cold, difficult to adjust. TV can be watched, can surf the internet. Shower gel and shampoo are filled.
Room is cleaned regularly, bed sheets and towels are changed every day, 2 bottles of free mineral water are provided every day, however, there is no tea or coffee.
Laundry service is available at a reasonable fee, fragrant. I booked a room for the first 4 days and then went to Hoi An and Hue, the hotel let me store my suitcase for 3 days, very wonderful.
What I think the hotel needs to improve the most is the receptionist, often the reception desk is empty, urgent needs can only be contacted by phone and other guests are like me, need to meet but the receptionist is not there, very inconvenient.
If I come back or not, I will definitely come back.

After booking, there was an additional charge of 200k for early check-in even though I made a special request to check in at 7am, but they said the hotel only accepts check-in at 2pm. If there is an additional charge, it should be on the app, not when you get there. Loss of reputation of the tourism city.

The room is damp and has a bad smell. Spraying strong perfume throughout the room still can't apply. The bed must have not been changed or cleaned in a long time. But when I entered, I saw dust + dead mosquitoes all over the bed. I only stayed for a few days. What happened? The bite caused a red, swollen, painful rash (never had it before). In the bathroom, there were yellow stains all over the wall. The curtains had many dirty stains. Goodbye and there will be no next time. Losing to the motel too.

What a terrible hotel, no different from a motel and also damp. In general, it's not like the picture. The staff cheated customers, didn't allow cancellation, asked customers to contact the app and confirm cancellation, but when the app contacted them, they didn't allow cancellation, took money from customers even though they didn't stay for a second. IN GENERAL, YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS HOTEL (MOSELLOR). DON'T LOSE MONEY LIKE ME.

Phòng ẩm mốc, còn bcs quên dọn. Thấy là bỏ phòng đi chỗ khác liền. Vui lòng hoàn tiền gấp, nghĩ sao phòng như vậy mà cho lên thuê được? Trải nghiệm tệ với khách sạn quá

The toilet is stinking during the whole stay, it feels like a strange place, the soft pillows are not clean (dirty and there are many strands of hair, probably not changed), the room only has a brush and shampoo, shower gel; The rest from the comb, toilet paper ... are not there.
