for not 5 star hotel this hotel is super amazing 👌 room was clean, big enough, staff all nice, location superb. you can easily find restaurant, local food or international food, and a lot of mini market surrounded 24hrs. and its amazing they packed us breakfast box when we check out in the morning 🤣 from airport it takes only 15mins. amazing... I will recommended my friend to stay here if they visit Vietnam. thank you.

Had a one night stay here before heading home and the hotel and staff were amazing. Very friendly staff who came to open the door every time we came through it. Very very nice. Hotel room very clean. Bed comfy. Nice spacious room for a great price. Very close to shopping centre & the local market. Only thing I could say is that maybe the towels need upgrading & they seemed quite old.

This property has a very new, minimalist feeling and you get whole lot of amenities. The room is well equipped. Very well located too, you will have a bunch of shopping options around and you can reach many places by walk or a short Grab ride.
The main thing here is the staff: kind, polite and attentive. The service here was 5*. Mainly thanks to them, I will stay there again when I go back to Ho Chi Minh City.

The towels did smell like mildew, old and fraying
The shower area floors had a slimy feeling and sliding doors had greasy hand prints as well as build up around the tiles.
Noise was not hotels control since we are at a vibrant location.

The staff were super welcoming and were great guides to the city (Thxs Trin). I also had a problem with my flight to Phu Quac and Mary went well beyond to help me sort it out with the Vietnam Airlines (since i did not speak the language). The breakfast was amazing, including the staff. The room was modern, clean and water pressure was strong and hot. The noise levels at nights are slightly high if you are a light sleeper due the street bars, but using ear plugs solved the problem. The hotel is within a 2 min walk to Saigon Shopping Center which was great to grab lunch or dinner.

Staff were lovely but the suite isn’t really a suite. It’s just a room. Also, the toilet is in with the shower and nothing divides them. The bathroom itself is just a sliding glass door. Not much privacy.
Gym was closed so we had to use their sister hotel’s gym. 15 min walk away which isn’t the worst but wasn’t at all convenient.

1) Staff were REALLY nice! Very helpful and polite.
2) Rooms were clean and had all the needed amenities like iron/ironing board, hairdryer and other stuff like toothbrushes for example.
3) Breakfast: Really good with international and Vietnamese options.
4) Area: Hotel is in district 1 and it's within walking distance to various sites and markets and overall is safe. Has bars and restaurants. The street at nights is full of "ladies of the night" who will of course try to grab your attention if you're a man and even hold your hands BUT they are very respectful and understand NO and still did not make me feel unsafe so please do not worry if you read reviews from others.... I think this is basically what District 1 is like & if you have only 1-2 nights in Ho Chi Minh City then for sure don't stay in another area.
