I am awaken by drilling/hammering works every morning (ard 8am). Apparently there are renovation works on certain floors.
Also, my room wdw gets all kind of noises late night and early hours from the streets.
Sleep was disturbed.

Off main road accessible hotel to many restaurants, shopping malls, landmarks situated at HCM District 1
Dislike: Don't be deceived by the decorations shown in the gallery, this is a refurbished old hotel! Doesn't deserve the status as a 4 star hotel!!!
Room was at Level 2, directly above a open-air concept Izakaya restaurant. Room with windows are not sound-proof, noise lasted daily till 4am on the first day, 1am on other 2 days! Felt lethargic on the second day
Turned on the tap from the basin, noticed that water was yellowish in colour. Had to allow the water to run for 5mins
Issues with shower drainage, had to remove the cover to prevent water ponding during shower
Breakfast buffet choices was limited, mainly local cuisine
As a frequent traveler, I am accustomed to various hotel living conditions. The said experience were tolerable except for the noise experienced during the 3 nights. Many other hotels located in HCM District 1 offering better facilities & living conditions for similar price range.

Lobby and staff are great; rooftop scene is OK. Interior room was adequate; decent size and the usual amenities. Paint peeling in some areas and just overall the facility could use a little attention here and there. Breakfast is good, there's a small and short dinner vegetarian buffet. It's on a side street, so traffic is much less outside..nice!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even giving my girlfriend a present for International Women's Day. On the whole, the only negative in regards to the hotel is that the rooms need a bit of modernisation to keep that luxury feel.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of District 1. 'Neo-Indochina' artwork is tasteful and aesthetic. Great staff, clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Rooftop pool is small, but you can still do laps. Afternoon tea is welcome and tasty.

Small, old hotel in a good location. Room didn’t have a window, but the AC worked well. Lots of water pressure in the shower. Great breakfast in the morning. Rooftop pool and gym area was a but disappointing and in disrepair. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable and soft mattress. Rooms were a bit noisy, not good soundproofing. Best part is the location

Overrated hotel. It was super empty when we stay, the design is nice but look quite old. Breakfast is very simple, 45k for a bottle of still water in the room. I will recommend to go to other hotel with the same price.

It’s been many years since I’ve left an online review but I was inspired to write by the amazing experience I enjoyed at Prostyle! ( even the name is cool) from the friendly staff, to the coolest, most colorfully lit , artsiest lobby in Saigon to what I believe to be the most amazing breakfast spread I’ve ever seen at any hotel anywhere! Prostyle is the only place I’ll stay for future visits to Saigon!
Oh and the only negatives I’ve read in other reviews are about the aged state of the physical building... Come on people! While yes it is a bit dated it’s not tired or dull looking! On the contrary it’s age adds character! A big part of the charm!!!! These walls have stories to tell!

Firstly- we paid around £20 per person per night for this hotel, so value for money was incredible!!
The breakfasts were (although slightly random to us as British people, but maybe normal to locals - I’m unsure), incredibly lovely and included in the price.
The fresh eggs, done in front of you, your way, is an amazing touch.
All the staff are so so lovely and polite, and they were always happy to help.
The understanding of English by the staff was also very good.
It was my partners birthday whilst we were there and staff sent flowers up to the room! We didn’t even tell them it was his birthday.
The rooms are basic but have everything you need inside them and are clean.
The swimming pool area is small and does not get much sun but is warm, clean and has a bar.
The decor of the place is very modern and quite cool.
The location was also perfect, it’s situated in the nicer area of town and the streets are kept very clean - but it is also very close to the things to do.
There is quite a bit of noise from construction and traffic however it is a very busy city with lots of construction and traffic everywhere and it would be very hard to find somewhere that did not have this level of noise.
Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering staying in the city.
