DIFF 2026 was happening and we were able to watch some of the fireworks from our room. Check-in is strictly kept to 2pm onward. Breakfast is a good spread and the hotel is located next to a shopping centre.

Beautiful rooms and wonderful staffing. It is located right beside the Han River and the Dragon Bridge is easily visible to see the shows on the weekends. I always enjoy staying at this establishment when in Da Nang.

Excellent location if going to Da Nang airport. The property is a bit outdated but still quite clean. Plenty of dining options in the area. However, do not ask hotel to call a taxi for you since they cannot control the incredibly inflated price (inflated 2.5 times!) you will end up paying. It is obviously not the fault of the hotel but it would be very nice if they warned the guest about it.

Everything was great cept the staff doesn’t greet you when they pass you by. The elevators were slow and doesn’t make a noise when it’s there. Not all staff speaks or understands english. Their hospitality needs some improvement. Maybe be more friendly and inviting.
