This is the nth time here. Every time I go to Hue, I stay here, the food is delicious, the room is beautiful, the service is extremely good. My parents are picky but they still praise it a lot. If there is a problem, it is handled very professionally. The staff is nice, the manager is nice, the surrounding area is very close to eating and tourist spots. I go to Hue a few times a year and always stay here. I filmed a lot of videos here but couldn't upload them. The hotel is extremely beautiful, the view everywhere is great ❤️❤️ See you next time

More than wonderful! Polite, enthusiastic, thoughtful, tactful. The campus, hallways, and rooms are clean. The staff never refused any request from our family. Even after checking out, they were still very enthusiastic in supporting. It is very convenient for families with small children to stay here, right in the center, so it is close to everywhere. Reasonable price too. Will come back and support Vinpearl a lot.

I had a wonderful experience at Vinpearl-Hue Hotel. The building is impressive, the room impeccable and its staff very polite and helpful. Its location is also perfect - near good restaurants. My only regret is I didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the hotel has to offer.

Room was fairly big. Nice swimming pool. Walkable to night market. Great location. Super clean. The doormen was very friendly but the receptionist was very unfriendly.

Our stay was great. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom large. There was a choice of pillows, which was perfect. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet had all what we wanted and much more. Overall, two perfect nights.

I’d found this hotel on a previous visit to Hue (you can’t really miss it), but I had been staying at another five star just down the road. I always said, if I ever came back, I would stay here instead, and I did just that.
It’s an impressive building both inside as out. I had booked a premium room with views, and boy were the views amazing. I ended up on 32nd floor, which is their highest floor for accommodation. It’s also the same floor as their club/executive lounge called ‘The Level’ which we had included with our room. That too was amazing. In the afternoon (15:30 to 18:30) they do a lovely selection of nibbles/canapés and free drinks. The drinks included red and white wine, spirits, beer and even a few cocktails. It was absolutely worth every penny.
The Sky bar is phenomenal. Brilliant cocktails (including a 2-4-1 happy hour til 7pm). Lovely staff and amazing views.
The pool is great. Heated to a nice temperature. Technically an inside pool, but they have big windows that they can open, although they were closed all the time I was here. Be nice to have those open.
The rooms were well laid out with every amenity you could possibly need. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything spotless, thank you.
Breakfast was the only slight disappointment. There was lots of food on offer, but I was surprised not to see things like eggs Benedict for such a high-end hotel. They also seemed very understaffed with tables left uncleared.
By far best hotel in Hue though

The staff were professional and their customer service were exceptional. The hotel is beside the mall making it convenient to pick up snacks. I chose this location as it was close to the Imperial Palace and there were many food options such as Bun Bo Hue. The room was clean and spacious there are no complaints.

I had a room on the 20th floor with a great view over the old city and Perfume River.
The room was comfortable.
Breakfast was good with egg station and great selection of food. Nice coffee shop in foyer selling coffee and cakes.
I ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was good only downside was there is a smoking area on a mezzanine level and the smell was strong.
Location is good, next to hotel is shopping malk with some restaurants.

Excellent place with very high standard of cleanliness & generous complimentary offerings .
Two constructive observations : 1) only one plug socket in the room ( hair drying is difficult because of the positioning of the lone plug socket . 2) Lifts are way too slow for a modern 33 story building .
