The hotel is full of trees and the front desk staff is friendly. Pros: Reasonable price, clean and big swimming pool, near Duong Dong town, green space; there is support for early check-in if available. Cons: Some rooms have mosquitoes, walk to the beach for 5-7 minutes, it's okay in the morning but still simple. If I recommend it to a friend, I will definitely recommend it!

Best budget hotel ever! The hotel went beyond my expectations. The staffs are helpful, room is large enough, and very clean. We took tons of photos in the garden, the view is very charming. The beach is very close, about 10min walk. Highly recommended.

The resort is beautiful, clean, with a reasonable view, many beautiful and fragrant flowers. Swimming pool is not very big but reasonably nice and clean. The resort has a quite convenient cooking place who wants to cook to their own taste because here the food is slightly sweet, I don't eat very well, so I cook in the kitchen of the hotel. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. In general I feel satisfied, everything is quite harmonious, reasonable and pleasant. But the hotel is a bit far from the sea, so anyone who wants to swim in the beach may have to take a tram. I just went out on tour, so I just bathed in the swimming pool and went on tour so I really like Melica resort.

The hotel is okay - it has a nice pool and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the rooms lack quite a bit on cleanliness. Our frist room had several large moldy areas, so we requested another. This was better but we had to change the bedsheets for clean ones, the fan was dark from old dust and you could find old trash behind the lounge chair. In general, the hotel really need to step up their cleaning-game. If they manage to do this, then it is a nice hotel for a fair price.

Had some issues with our first room with mold, but they did there best to try to move us to a different room . Overal I give a 3 out of 5 just because The staff there Was really nice to us . Also kinda far In so you’ll have to take a cab to get out of this area

Stayed on for 12 nights in all loved this resort. Our room was middle floor overlooking the beautifully maintained gardens and pool. Our room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. You could cook in the outdoor kitchen too. The people there were very friendly and very helpful. Quiet location but within minutes you can be at a money exchange, supermarkets shops and restaurants. The beach is about 10 mins walk. We most certainly will be back at Melica when next we visit the beautiful island of Phu Quoc.

Absolutely beautiful little resort in a quiet area but within five minutes you can walk to nearby supermarkets, restaurants and shops. It’s run by such lovely people and the reception staff especially Alana and Peter are very helpful. We hired a scooter and did the Vinpearl Safari from the hotel. We were pointed out places of interest to visit by Alana. Overall we had a fabulous stay at Melica and we will return. Thank you
